The case could be made simply because he never had an O-line this solid. 2024 is the best O-line he had, therefore this is the strongest Bills he played with.
Still think the 2021 Team is the best bills team even though they were 11-6, Allen went toe to toe with mahoems in that playoff game in one if not the greatest QB Duel of all time.
This team is better, people are blinded by nostalgia and narratives. Better offensive line, an actual run game, more passing options overall, better defensive line. The only thing this team is worse at is the secondary, but Benford+Douglas is pretty damn good.
To me they won the Super Bowl. Allen was on another level those playoffs and if Tre white wasn’t hurt they would have won the whole thing he set records. They got screwed out of a couple wins and should have went 13-4 or 14-3 they would have beaten the chiefs at Buffalo.
They were a great passing team, but it was too reliant on the pass. This team has a much better OLine and run game, more balanced. And more options on offense. That team was way too Diggs reliant. I think that road to SB was easier though.
The two teams were different. The Bills defense was better that year, and the offense was flashier. It wasn't better, but it had a few pieces which were a bit flashier. Kansas City's offense was also better, but their defense wasn't as good. Now, the Bills offense isn't as flashy, but it has unbelievable depth and much more versatility. Offensively, the Bills didn't have a run game. You give them Cook and Davis in that game and they keep that KC offense off the field, give the defense time to regroup and adjust. Now, Buffalo has that run game, a really good offensive game caller, Josh Allen doing Josh Allen things, and more depth. I like to compare players- is Diggs better than Cooper? Probably by a hair, but Cooper is better for the atmosphere of the team. Are Gabe Davis and Isaiah McKenzie better than Shakir or Coleman? Absolutely not, even though Davis played the best game he has or ever will play in 13 seconds. Knox plus Kincaid is way better than just Knox, and Buffalo did not have a run game outside of Josh Allen back then. It has Cook, a great slashing style runner, Davis, a hard hitter, Johnson, who is a fantastic third down back, and of course Josh Allen. The team can beat you in more ways this time around, and doesn't have to rely on forcing the ball to Diggs or Davis. Wayyyyy more options now, and that is how you beat elite defenses. The Bills defense isn't as talented as it was back then, but is making some really good plays and still performing well scheme wise. I think that the biggest improvement that this Bills team has made all around is the experience its leaders have gotten. The coaching staff has been improving constantly, as has Josh Allen's leadership. The atmosphere of this team is amazing, and they learn from past mistakes to really play well. I am beyond impressed by what they have, and they are only going to get better too. Hell, half of the offense was out or limited, and they still scored four touchdowns and a field goal to win by two scores, and the young, beaten up defense still picked off Mahomes on the first and last drives of the game, and has a first round and two second round draft picks to work with next season to improve. I hope that they trade up for a good first round WR and spend the rest of the picks on defense.
This is how i view it. Its no longer quiet gabe davis disappearing for large stretches of the season its mack hollins punching you in the face going 110 mph for 60 min. Its not feed me the ball bi-polar steph diggs its put your head down and ball out khalil shakir. Josh never had a dominant outside the numbers wr1. Amari cooper is 100% that. Two reliable tight ends and three quality running backs. Best o line he has had. Am i wrong here? Not mentioning coleman or samuel. Yes it is the best offense we have had in my opinion.

I think it’s the best offense he’s had 🤷♀️ for sure! It’s unquestionably the best OL he’s ever had, and I’d go as far as saying that when healthy, it’s the best collection of weapons he’s had too
@@DonJoshpkosh11 you obviously ain’t a Bills fan that watches every game.. u sound like a casual. And the Bills are gonna jam it up yours and the leagues arse this year
I absolutely agree. Despite what some hate filled morons will say, your logic is sound. Buffalo has by far the best OL and run game, which opens up the other weapons. In 2021, Josh Allen had to do everything himself, and be absolutely perfect to force Diggs and Davis the ball. Now, he has an elite OL and run game to take the pressure off, as well as a group of very good pass catchers. They aren't the flashiest players in the NFL, but who needs the flashiest players when you have the best QB and six or seven guys who almost always catch the ball when its thrown anywhere near them? Seriously, look at 2021 and now side by side. 2021's defense was better talent wise, but our corners are a bit better now and the defense is more than capable of making big plays, specifically designed to work against Mahomes. Josh Allen was the entire run game in 2021, but now, Josh Allen, James Cook, Ray Davis, and Ty Johnson are the perfect running back room. At tight end, we only really had Knox, but now we still have Knox AND we have Kincaid, an angry player with great hands. Our OL is absolutely better now, as Allen isn't getting hit and forced ro scramble on every single play. He used to run more back then, sure, but that was because he had to carry the run game and avoid constant pressure. He can still take off, as he did to run through KC's entire defense to pick up the fourth down and then get a bonus 24 yards and touchdown just for the thrill of it. As for receivers, Cooper might not be quite as good as Diggs, but he sure is better for the teams atmosphere. Shakir is an absolute upgrade over Gabe Davis, Samuel is about the same as McKenzie, and Hollins is about the same as Beasley. All around, the Bills were better in 2021 talent wise on defense, and maybe sliiiightly better receiver talent wise, but are absolutely better when it comes to the OL, tight ends, running backs, and coaching/leadership experience... and this is on a reset year!!! We trimmed the fat off and got healthier, not weaker like everyone expected. We are half a hame away from being the ONE seed, for crying out loud, and have the division all but secured with a six game lead over the Dolphins. We would have to lose all but one of our remaining games AND the Dolphins would have to win out in order to lose the division, and Thanksgiving hasn't even happened yet. We also have a huge amount of draft capital and aren't losing many players next year, so we are set to improve!! I am really beyond optimistic about this team, no matter how this season ends!
That 2021 had great weapons, but their OLine was mid and their run game was basically Allen. Singletary was just ok. Their defense was great on the backend, but they had no consistent pass rushers. This team as a great OLine, 3 great RBs, Cook is lightyears better than what they in 2021. They have more weapons, and Cooper. They have several great pas rusher, especially Grut. This team is better, it’s just younger, and guys are on the up.
Josh Allen WAS the offensive line, run game, and passing game all rolled into one. He still is those things, but has a team and coaches there which can help support him now! I love this team, and it's still a reset year!!!

i also think kyle is right much like josh's reaction. this is not the game we play for. but i will take a solid step and our team, our city, our guys, they're ready
If you put James Cook on the 2021 Bills, they smack the Chiefs. Unfortunately we can't, but 2021 is probably the best team Allen has had. But 2024 Allen is the best version the Bills have had so far.
Everybody eating is what makes this offense so good! Josh Allen isn't compared to Tom Brady very often since they have a TON of differences, but I genuinely think that Brady is the only other person in the world who makes this offense work like Allen does. Brady relied on a solid o-line, solid run game, solid defense, and a diverse of several good enough receivers where someone would always be open so he could take the check down and pick apart defenses. Josh Allen's play style is obviously different, but every time he needs it, somebody else steps up to help. Either that, or he handles it himself!
I think this might be the best team. The safety duo definitely isn't the best but the offensive line is the best he's had and Josh is the best he's ever been so that overrides it.
Respect to the Bills from a Chiefs fan. Josh Allen is right though. This was just another game for the Chiefs as well. KC proved they could run the ball during the game yet they didn't press that approach. Instead they got Worthy more snaps against a very good secondary, got Juju some snaps coming off his hammy, ran a fairly vanilla defense as far as Spags play calls go. They were gaining a preview of the Bills gameplan and testing options for the most probable outcome, being a rematch in the playoffs. Andy Reid is getting a "bundlarooski" ready for January. Good luck sincerely.
@@andym5712 I think that it is just two different styles. Josh Allen and Sean McDermott are end game focused, one game at a time until we win the whole thing, whereas Von Miller lives for these moments as well as the big game.

Campbell is brave, emotional, slightly insane, but who somehow always manages to keep things moving in the right direction. They have Aiden Hutchenson, I call them a super team. We aren't quite a super team all around like we were in 2021, but we know how to win and have a better all around atmosphere and experience, which arguably makes us better now!
we all know the media wants to say it. but until we beat KC in the playoffs they won’t. the bills are the best team in football right now and josh allen is MVP.
They're the best because they slam dunked and retained a great 2024 draft class, so the depth is more athletic and are hungry. Curtis Samuel had a turf toe the first 8 or so weeks. Coleman, Milano, Carter, and a bunch of other solid pieces are coming back from or getting fully healthy from injury. The DL/OL ar by far the best. CB room by far the best. WR room with Cooper is by far the best. RBs are obviously the best. TEs by far. Safeties are the only downgrade from 2021 and they've been good if not great. If they're remotely healthy come playoff time, they'll be in really good shape to make a run.
Doesn't really matter. It's about getting it done in playoffs. Kc won superbowl again last yr and they had better rosters in the past. This bills roster is good enough to win it all. Screw previous rosters
Saying the 2021 team is the best is such a bad take. Your telling me the team that was 7-6, lost 9-6 to a really bad Jaguars team, and gave up over 40 points in a playoff game was better? Whatever man, such a dumb take, that’s one of them “rose colored glasses” things. Just because Josh Allen had one of the best 2 game stretches by any QB ever that year doesn’t make that the best team he’s had. The true best team he’s had so far (and it could be this year instead) was the 2022 team, right up until Damar Hamlin died on the field. Then, while the team still kept winning, it just wasn’t the same. I don’t think people remember the way they destroyed almost every opponent that year before that Bengals game.
The biggest problem with the 2022 team was that it was pretty much a continuation of the 2021 team. What I mean by that is they basically just picked off exactly where they left off in 2021, playing so well that they ended the defending Super Bowl champions season in the season opener, then went on to just beat up on every opponent they faced, but a little but less every time. They peaked in the playoffs in 2021, then lost a bit of juice and went downhill a bit more every game until they had no steam left. It was blatantly apparent from the midway point against the Dolphins, where they almost lost to a Miami QB named Skylar. They then went on to get pushed around at home in the snow, which is when the Bills should be playing at their best. Last year we got our burst of energy when we FINALLY got around to firing Ken Dorsey, something I had been screaming at my TV for them to do since December 2022, and we would've beaten KC if it wasn't for literally 60% of our entire salary cap being injured on the defensive side alone! This year is different. The defense, while not as all around talented as years past, has a solid big play making core and coaches who have added experience. The offense has had the weight of DIggs taken off of it, and is looking amazing with Josh Allen 2.0: All of the big plays, with 80% less bad interceptions!
This is the best offensive and defensive line, Bernard is better than Edmunds at linebacker, and Cook is better than Singletary. Eisen may be on to something.
Media August 2024: "This is the worst Bills team since 2018. Lost way too many players from White (who hasn't played well in 4 seasons due to repetitive injuries and got cut by the Rams), Hyde (who isn't even playing anymore), Poyer (who Dolphins fans are ready to run out of Florida), Diggs, and Davis (who are both now out for the year and only one of whom was putting up a decent season). They'll be lucky to make the playoffs as a wild card, first round exit ceiling." Media November 2024: After adding Cooper, but without Milano, Spencer Brown, Keon Coleman, Dalton Kincaid, "Is this the best Bills team Josh has ever had?" Funny how many people forget their preseason takes. This is by far the best Josh has ever played, but it is not close to the best team they've had. Best results through 11 weeks, great chemistry, amazing "vibes", but not the best team in terms of total talent on the roster. Adding Cooper doesn't change what the team had coming into the season. Excited to get healthier over the bye week though.
This is my FAVORITE Bills team of all time and I’m a fan since the late 80s… Josh is the ONLY big name on the whole team.. the rest are a bunch of no name DAWGS that you can’t help but root for. And our best defensive player is on the way back in the next few weeks, Milano…. So WATCH OUT!!
Stop bringing up how the ravens beat us.. we had our whole defense out of that game.. Bernard and Milano would hold Henry to 30 yards rushing in the playoffs.
2021… corona year… lost with 13 seconds… 100 percent would’ve went to the Super Bowl and crushed the rams.. Cincinnati got lucky bills lost with 13 seconds left.. Allen and that team were fully healthy and deadly.
I don’t, so how do you. KC is not winning 3 in a row and if they play the Bills in the playoffs KC is going to get smashed. I honestly feel like Allen has had enough of this bullshit and I don’t blame him. This has gone on long enough.
@@axe2grind244 I share the same feeling... although I had it last time too. I think KC has the advantage of looking at what went wrong this time around and game planning, so they will put up an additional 14 points on us next game. I also think that we won't have half of our offense out injured, so we will be able to score another 8 points. That gives us, if my calculations are correct, a 3 point lead with less than 2 minutes to go... literally anything can happen. Do not count KC out until the clock reaches zero and their referee's have all left the building!
@@quinnjackson9252 Not with an all world linebacker coming back they won’t. Bills will win by 14 next game, Spagnola cannot handle Allen and he never could.
@@axe2grind244 He handled Allen well last year, although part of that was the final drive being poorly called. We should've run it on that drive early, then we would have been close enough to do the shnow plow, and at the very least get closer for the field goal, at best gotten a go-ahead touchdown. A lot of blame went on McDermott for the decision to kick the field goal, but part of that was on Brady for a bad couple of play calls in my opinion.

The BILLS were picked to finish 3rd in the AFC East this year bull just about every major sports outlet.
They'll be lucky to make the playoffs as a wild card, first round exit ceiling."
Media November 2024: After adding Cooper, but without Milano, Spencer Brown, Keon Coleman, Dalton Kincaid, "Is this the best Bills team Josh has ever had?"
Funny how many people forget their preseason takes.
Is Kyle turning on us?? GO BILLS!!!!!
3:02 week in and week out Josh Allen PROVES hes got a huge "part" , have you seen him play?
Damn 1st from the media it was this was Josh's worst team and now he's putting up numbers now it's his best team lol
From a Bills fan, Kyle Brandt is just wrong. This is the best team Allens had, when FULLY healthy.
Stop bringing up how the ravens beat us.. we had our whole defense out of that game.. Bernard and Milano would hold Henry to 30 yards rushing in the playoffs.
2020
This Bills team can beat you in multiple ways and their offensive line is better than the 21’ team.
2021… corona year… lost with 13 seconds… 100 percent would’ve went to the Super Bowl and crushed the rams.. Cincinnati got lucky bills lost with 13 seconds left.. Allen and that team were fully healthy and deadly.
Both Bills losses were without key players Buffalo healthy can beat ANYONE and HANDILY
Eisen said best team not best players…
KC and LUCKY you nailed it Rich!!!! LUCK REF CALLS and so on and on . . . KC got a good team not a great team even if they won another SB
@guyleclerc7324, That good team is good enough to beat the remaining teams in playoffs.. They will show up when it matters..
As a BILLS fan…I already know what’s coming in January. 😢
@@quinnjackson9252damn I feel bad for people who think like you. You may be a fan, but you're no Mafia member.
No Bills fans think this game means anything. Idk why this narrative is being driven
No conocen la historia de los bills? Siempre encontrarán la forma de perder.sirmpre
The chiefs playing without number 1 and 2 wide receivers and number 1 running back all year long and stiil 9 and 1 . Rich is a joke period. Chiefs kingdom baby
Don't listen to kyle RICH ...
It is absolutely NOT the best team. He doesn't even have a #1 receiver.
I would disagree on 2 points. 1 the record says otherwise, and 2 ja doesn't need a #1 reciever, he's already proven that.
Who needs a #1 when you got a #10
Better O-line he has ever had BEATS having a better WR but a poorer OL.
well do you need one when you score 30 or more week in week out
The whole is greater than the sum of its parts
