I have to say Della Reese brought such a presence to television that it is not easy to stop feeling it and or experiencing it even today. I remember when she was on Touched by an Angel and she went on one of the national talk shows to talk about her stellar and celebrated career and she told the host of that show that she did not care too much for rap music. Even back then. I thought that was a testament to how powerful her presence was. Straight forward real and honest about what she felt on any given subject.
I am 73 years old and like everyone, I LOVED THAT SISTER IN THE LORD and I agreed TOTALLY with her about not liking Rap music...I call it "Rap Crap!" Looking forward to meeting you Della, on the other side of eternity!" Until then, see you soon! Maranatha! 💞😘🙋

what? aren't men allowed to get married to a woman anymore? can't a man just get married without the mother in law or father in law saying something like that? is it ritual tradition to dislike the son-in-law? what the hell? we only get ONE life to live, everybody should get to just experience marriage and parenting, it's what we were put on this Earth to be over time. That's just simply what you do in adult life. Responsibilities... i.e. work, love & marriage, parenting.
