Thanks for the concise and detailed review! I've been looking for a whey that doesn't taste miserable mixed with water and this brand kept getting recommended. I hadn't put much thought into the differences between concentrate and isolate before now, and it makes sense that even a tiny bit of additional fat would probably help when mixing with water!

Got this product off of Amazon 5lbs about $80.00. I use Silk chocolate cashew almond milk handful of frozen fruit medley or blueberries banana. Scoop of Raw whey raw honey cinnamon ad blend. Delicious. Use this as a meal. Banana with plain white Silk cashew almond milk peanut butter powder is also delicious. Silk has 10 grams of protein in these milks.
Yes but the milk is whey, meaning when milk is turned into cheese or yogurt, the leftover liquid is the protein-rich part. So yes, basically filtered milk powder
