WHAT REALLY PISSES ME OFF IF YOU LISTEN TO DAN ABRAMS HE WANTS TO TRY TO PROTECT THESE POLICE AND THESE PROSECUTORS THAT IS SO WRONG TELL THE DAMN TRUTH INSTEAD OF TRYING TO TALK AROUND IT THE ONES THAT DON'T WANT TO ADMIT THAT THIS INVESTIGATION WAS CRAP
…We are ALL, in a sense, “Jurors” in this case, and none of us should assign guilt or innocence to this defendant, until every last piece of evidence has been presented. We definitely need to hear testimony from the ME, Accident recon people, to see if his injuries were possible from her vehicle, and data from tech witnesses. Pump the breaks, people. There’s still a lot of trial left, and the most cerebral part of it is yet to come.
Right. But bias has clearly been shown. It’s a wrecked investigation. The lead investigator ( Proctor) wife posts on social media about the case!! This PD is a joke.
The prosecution has been done since the first day. They have no evidence and a terrible case that never should have even gone to trial.
