The subframe collars and 2-ways will help with the hop, but this is exactly why I was only running my low boost LC and not on Kill map 2 weekends ago. No matter how much heat you get in the tires, the cold glue just isn't as effective. Whenever I go full send in those conditions, I always end up spinning and breaking stuff too(even with AWD) Sorry for your pains, but you'll have it back up and rolling again soon.
Collars are not enough. You do that for silly wannabe street cars. The squishy stock rubber needs to be eliminated ENTIRELY, not band-aided. The knuckles need to be isolated from any movement. Get a LOT stiffer rear springs and then grab a shock that lets you dial in a lot of rebound adjustment.
Daang bro this bring back lots of memories. Ran a 12.7 at 127 in my trans am , so I said 1 more with better drags I borrowed from a guy. Blew the rear like a bomb . Your car is fast af btw. That pull from 40 to 130 was crazy.

@@mkvB58KING All those 7 second Supras are mostly shops with a lot of money. I’m just an average guy modding my car in my garage. If I had the funds I’d already be doing 8’s. Plus, my 60-130 is evidence it has a 9 sec pass in it with my stock engine and trans. I just need to leave good.
@ no one has done it yet. Some Q’s have built engines running mid 9’s. I would speculate to say that we will be doing high 8’s in the Z’s. I don’t think these engines will ever dip into the 7’s. Either way right now we’re limited by turbo sizing. We can only fit some small frames in stock location. To fit anything bigger we need some custom front/top mounted turbos. VR30’s haven’t been pushed past 1000whp yet anyway and I’m not too sure it will ever go past that.

@ Nice! I have one installed on my 08 G35S 6MT. The rear end feels way more grounded shifting at higher RPM. It’s a low key mod but you feel a big difference on the Zilla.
You seen what I did for the chassis stiffening. If you do what I did this is less likely to happen?. doesn’t mean it still can’t. That’s why I named it project tighten up. I wonder if driveshaft shop makes axles for our cars.??
I did see. I purchased quite a few things this time around and going to install proper 2 way Coilovers. No one makes axles for our cars yet. The axles are quite beefy tbh compared to the others found in the FM platform and these are not the same as 370’s so we can’t just buy upgraded 370z ones. This time around it should be fine with the stuff I’m doing now. I don’t think it will break again unless I do something stupid lol
@ wheel hop! Has gotten me more then once in my dodge neon drag car and my srt4 neon. So I learned the hard way as well. And I reached out to drive shaft shop and they made some for me. Thu I don’t plan on going so extreme with the Z I learn the importance of tightening the chassis we needed to limit the chances of it happening! You got this bro. Can’t wait to see you 9’s my eyes are on you bro!! 🔥🔥🔥♥️

It's incredible to see how different the Supra and Z are after a few years of tuning. Supra is deep into the 7s and the Z's are struggling in the 9s.
