Ekzil - "Transient journey": Circuit Track / Korg NTS-1

Today I challenged myself to compose a complete song with a minimalist setup !
I used only the novation Circuit Track and the Korg NTS-1 😀
I hope it will be inspiring for people who want to get into a low budget setup 🎹
I used a lot the FX automations to make the song more dynamic and less boring.
Setup:
Novation Circuit Tracks: Drums, bass, lead rythm
NTS-1: melody, build up
The jam was performed and recorded live using my audio interface, the M-Audio M-Track 2x2
I edited the mix in Ableton to make sure I'm getting the best volume out of the track.
Feel free to give me your comments on the structure, the sound design, etc... so that I can improve myself 🙏

Hello, i get really low volume from nts-1 when i use audio in to CT from headphone out of nts, why is that ? If i use only headphone out directly to my monitor volume is good, CT’s audio in is like filtering the volume

Hi ! I noticed the same problem with my setup. NTS-1 output is a little bit lower than other synths track inside the CT. My solution is to reduce the volume of all others tracks. Are you using the two inputs of the CT ? because the headphone outptut of th NTS is stereo.

@@ekzil35 thanks for reply! No, i just use only one input for nts, i use mictofreak for other input. I dont know why volume is getting limited only for nts ? Curious
