I tried this with my bike. Liked the look of the mirrors inverted upside down since I thought it looked better, plus the mirrors no longer interfered with my clutch lever and pull, but now if I do full lock turns, the mirrors hit my tank.
I installed these as the video shows but the bars get too much vibration for my taste so I re-installed these using the stock weighted bar bar ends (MT-07) I had to jerry a 3/8 wide washer/bushing out of the shim that comes with the kit to space the bar ends out a bit then use the inner portion of the stock ends to attach the mirrors on (had to shim with a small piece of material. Overall, the mirrors actually worked out great.
I just fitted these and reapised I needed to pull the shim out a little as it was rubbing the throttle bar but it won't come out! It's stuck in there. What do I do?
@@StevoFS They do ok for the price. They vibrate a bit but if you pull in the clutch for a sec it stops. Its like high heels for woman beauty before comfort lol.
They will fit a bicycle and a lot of ebike users have installed them. I need to update this comment in that the version of these mirrors with the rubber internal plug (the part that fits inside the handle bars do fit and work on eBikes, but the version that has only the expanding metal insert will not work on an eBike - the metal insert won't tighten sufficiently on eBikes. They are cool mirrors just be sure which insert you get based on your application.
1. Bar end mirrors are stupid 2. They look like shit 3. Your face makes it hard to stay sub'd 4. Subscribe button is on the other side 5. GATOR BITES!!
Ummm...... I am not sure. I could see how you may make it work. It would depend on the size of the handle bars. But I am not 100% sure about that. sorry. Thanks for watching my video. Take care.

Same here, it’s so fuckin annoying
I like em. I inverted mine awhile back and it makes it much better easier to see behind me.
I had to move them a few times to get them so I can see. So far they are holding up well.
So you saying you can see better with them down like this that’s killer I’m going to put mine like this looks a million times better for sure

Can I clip them on my handlebars if I don’t want them as bar ends?
Do these cause vibration on handle bars?
Yes, not crazy but try and keep the factory weighted bar ends
Where'd you get the caps for the old side mirror mounting hole?
I got them on Amazon.

Any issues with handlebar vibrations since the weighted bar ends are no longer there?
I haven't had any problems yet.
@@StevoFS Yeah I just installed mine and they seem fine.
Do they still work well? Like you said, how long have they lasted
They still work good. I think I put on the bike back around May of 2020. You should know they are a cheaper brand. But they will do the job.
@@StevoFS thank for the reply and for the videos, i have an MT09 and i will be getting these. thank you again
@@StevoFS and another check. How are they holding? It's end of June 2021
