I hate it when people tease him or call him gay cause he is not. He said in an interview that he played it cool or he didn't treat the rumor as big deal because he doesn't want to discriminate, he doesn't want the real gays out there to be hurt. Clearly he's just too professional cause he still plays his role in a skit when he is assigned to act as a girl not minding if people will add rumor 'bout him. He'll do it because that was the task given to him. He's just so cool and professional.
Right? I personally think that those who go nitpicking at every little detail about such stuff are the ones insecure of their own sexuality. You don't need others approval to accept who you really are. He is confident because he knows himself.
Heechul does this on purpose he wants everyone in Korea to be more open-minded. He helps a lot

He does not have to be so cool and professional to do such a thing, its pretty wrong and rude of everyone who keeps trying to assume his sexuality. We should not give much excuses about this topic neither, (i mean, we can criticize and complains about whoever make it seems as a bad thing, or keep targeting others. And you can not agree with me, that's just my opinion) because "being" gay should not be accepted as an issue anymore. Kim Heechul can just be who the f**k he wants to, we gotta be careful with our own saids and expressions because there's certainly a lot of people who loves and follow him from LGBTQIA+ community, and they can't feel themselves less humans or equals compared to the rest of the fandom 🌈
I also hate it usually when people just casually start to push a certain sexuality on other people. But let's be honest Heechul always gives people reasons to call him gay.

Not to be dramatic but heechul is a fan of kyunghoon since debut and he kept on imitating him since he was a rookie. But in all those years, they never really properly met, and it's kinda cazy how their first meeting was on kb, 10 years after heechul debuted and expressed his adoration as a fan of kyunghoon.

I might be crazy for this unpopular opinion but Heechul really suits for Kyunghoon. After Geng left for good, I didn't ship Heechul to others that much until Kyunghoon came. I wish happiness for the both of you.
Idk I just feel that in 2019, Kyunghoon seems to express his attention to Heechul a lot, by accidentally or incidentally, or maybe just how the staff want us to see. Like he is enjoying his loveline w Chul, he feel more comfortable talking and doing that. Like in every single action of him. And great work, u pay attention to such detailed!!!
Thank you so much 😀 i agree, he's more open about it compared last 2015-2016, and sometimes he's the one who's initiating the skinship (which is a bit shocking because it's kyunghoon we're talking about here). I don't really push the thought of them being together (i'm delulu sometimes i admit that) but just to see their friendship develop, kyunghoon opening up to heechul more and heechul making kyunghoon comfortable, we're so lucky to witness all these things 😀

People trying to "defend" Heechul's sexuality as if he didnt make a carreer out of those rumors, as if he doesn't know that the fans keep coming back to watch the "skinship" - which is a nice way of saying queer bating.
This type of teasing is just another form of entertainment, one which our dear Heechul has mastered. I'm pretty sure he's grateful for all the content that keeps his name relevant in a industry so unforgiving with age as the kpop industry.

I don't really know why but i think one of the reasons why a lot of things changed is because they have a new pd. It is also the reason why they don't do any special ep (like kyungchul duet or anything)
