@@xshantop1verse407 first off, my comment was very much a joke since he didn't mention anything about him being on the list. However, I would like to object to your opinion that Jyp is more popular than got7 whether in Korea or worldwide since I'm positive that plenty of people have heard about Got7 but doesn't even know who jyp is, including myself before I learnt about their company. Moreover, even if Jyp was more popular than got7, doesn't mean he would thrive in variety shows since I have yet to find a funny video of him apart from memes and him having to shit on others to make himself look better. Got7 would definitely be a better choice in terms of variety not only because they have more people and actually has talent/something to offer AND a sense of humour. I don't see how jyp appearing alone would be better than GOT7 appearing on their own.
@@jxnearmyjkc2040 JYP is more popular than Got7(in korea)..Got7 is ofc popular but more with the youth who won't contribute much to the TV ratings..And guys like JYP are kinda big shots, so they dont appear much in variety shows(now)..Also they dont try to be too funny and silly(kinda like top actors)..
And KB not only consider about being funny or talented, they just need good tv ratings. At the end of the day guys like Psy, Rain, JYP bring higher TV ratings as the middle aged demographic contribute more to it..
There has been no history of kpop groups getting higher ratings unless they are really hot now or are veteran(bts brings higher ratings these days).
A simple example..Bigbang's happy together got the most views on yt but very less in TV ratings.That doesnt mean they aren't popular

Kim Heechul is my entertainment since 2017. From him I fell in love with KB, until now it has not changed and will not change. From Heechul I got to know about Kpop, previously Kpop to me was "trash".
well kpop world is now become more trashy because some shitty fandom who call themselves a real fans of a kpop group especially new gens dont respect old kpop group and make fanwars with other fandoms even with some legends groups because they think their faves group already soo famous and better than other group even old kpop groups even their faves respect their senior groups and close with other idols.
@@mukhirun Tbf it’s not like it’s anything new in the music industry. I’m not diminishing how terrible it is that people have caused so much drama in the fandom that has caused the fandom to have a horrible reputation, but it’s not like this is even remotely new. I also don’t really get why newer fans can’t respect senior groups. Groups like TVXQ are the reason K-Pop as a genre is the way it is now. All in all, while the fandom has become problematic, it’s really just a minority of fans that act this way. I’ve been into K-Pop since 2018 and from what I’ve experienced it’s only been newer/younger fans that behave this way. It’s disappointing to say the least, but competition between groups has always been a thing, but I feel a lot of these fans have taken said competition way farther than it should be.

Jyp is horrible. He was terrible to GOT7. Jyp uses his artist to make himself relevant. He should pay the artist more and stop trying to be a idol. JYP is not like Rain. Rain is awesome and brilliant, a true artist.
