The original Broadway versions seem a lot more impactful, so I think your animatics may benefit more from those versions. You definitely have talent, though!
I second this notion! Not just because I prefer the original cast, but as an artist, the characters can have much more interesting facial expressions just to match the voices! Personally I might start making Sweeney animatics over the summer, and I’m already anticipating the fun I’m gonna have with some of the songs. (I’ve been obsessed with this show for like a year now, and even after having been in a production of it, I still haven’t gotten tired of it!)
The Super Mays it's a musical called "Sweeney Todd" and In my opinion it is amazing. I believe you can find it on Netflix. Oh and it also has Johnny Depp in it

You have an amazing art style, and this is an amazing song! I loved the animatic! However, the coloring doesn't completely fill in the line work, and I think your drawings would improve a bit if you just practiced with your drawing software to get rid of the white line between the line work and color.
Audrey J It's an "animatic" not a completed, fluid "animation". This is basically a storyboard. Most of these are quick sketches. You can tell based on the quality of the linework. Plus if you check out her speeddrawings and other mini animations, you can see clearly that this isn't her putting her all into this.

Why aren't there any animatics using the original cast recording? The symphony of the movie is too nice and all the lead's singing voices don't match their characters.
