Deepak.. I love watching your demoes. One great thing about your demoes are you will make things very simple and your explanation is crystal clear.. Please keep it up and we are thankful for your efforts.
Great video. I love it as you get to the point. Recently I've watched videos that get off track and the video ends up being over 1-2 hrs and I walk away confused. I Appreciate you sharing, thank you so much.
Hello. regarding Lookup. I have several sharepoint lists that do not need lookups. do you have to use lookups to make this app? I believe that lookup should only be used if you need to be able to create a task directly from power apps.
As we are adding task in powerApp, its the same form(Template) for all tasks..... Is there any way to give user option to use different form(template) to create the their task?
Hi Deepak, I don't normally use the lookup in SP when I have parent-child tables, and just associate the two in PAs. So I'm looking forward to trying using your method. Would you consider doing a video soon on exporting data for reporting purposes when it comes from multiple tables which has been created by PAs?
Thank you so much for this. I'm having one issue I can't seem to fix. When submitting within Task Detail form, the Project Reference name does not get saved into the column. Since that value is left as blank, it is not showing as related on my Details Screen.
Thanks for watching. In the video at 16:00, I explained how to set the project source default value. Check if you did that. Note that I am using Project source as a lookup column in SharePoint
Dear Deepak, I am having issue in saving new tasks for reference project. Project information is not saving in SharePoint List while creating new task. Please help
Hi thanks for the video, very useful. I have a question thought, when I am trying to enter the Filter formula in creating the DetailScreen, it showed a yellow warning saying Delegation warning. I have change the limit to 2000 and still exist this warning. however, my 2 microsoft lists have only 32 rows and 7 rows respectively. Is there any solution? Thank you very much
Thanks Deepak - something that I have looking forward. Question - when you add a new task list for a project on the app, does it save it back to sharepoint task list?
Thanks Deepak. Great tutorial. May i know how could i also pass other data from the first Gallery when adding a new task, not only the project reference but also the Department Column Data. Thanks again.
