Did you mean the ground scale is 1" = 100 yards? Or each figure represents 100-120 combatants?

Cheers, one figure = 100 men, ground scale was 30cm/1 foot to a km approximately.

This is fantastic. Nicely done! It would never occur to me to do this in 28mm. That is just crazy. Much more manageable at 15mm. What rules did you end up using?
