Try the Tifosi Fototec lenses. Reasonably priced and the auto darkening lenses work great. I’ve had the same pair for the last 3 seasons and I love them.
For glasses recommendation, I’ve used a Oakley Photocromic lens for a few years now and they are my go to everywhere. They have good shade when it’s light and sunny and they clear up when it’s darker. Not the cheapest but you pay for good tech
I agree on the transition glasses. Used the Oakley Prizim lenses but they were too dark for me under the canopy. The transitions get dark enough for me in the sun and lighten up enough under the trees. 3rd party lenses from Fuse Lenses. Active transitions so they transition faster, and even transition behind the windshield when driving...pretty cool.
6:30 I often say the same thing back home! Bike friends don't understand that the DT Swiss 370 LN is slower than the DT Swiss 350 normal hub! When I switch to my partner's bike, which has a 350, not my 370 LN, it turns much better, both up and down!
The audio on this is fantastic, no wind noise at all even at high speeds. Also your bike is SO silent, it's crazy. I love your videos even though my rides that come closest to this are gravel road rides and some flat XC rides because I live in probably the flattest country in the world ;)
Tifosi fototec my friend. Been using them for think 3 years now, and love the price, fit, lightweight, and transition lenses work great. They usually have a good sale around labor day. I have several pair, but my favorites are the rail. No affiliation with them ar all, just think they're as good or better than the way more expensive big brands I've tried
you are amazing ! love all your videos .... While in Charlevoix region, you may also go whale watching , 13 speacies of whales and the biggest animal on earth , the blue whale , plus the cutest , Belugas .... Chalevoix region has the largest estuary in the world and the longuest fjord as well ...Le Massif ski station is right next to the St-Lawrence river with and epic and unique view on the St-LAwrence river .... the only club Med in Canada , 5 star vacation or at the Manoir Richelieu.
I would say that the slow rolling wheels had to do with the Zipp rims you had, being more compliant they probably weren’t as stiff as the ibis rims and zapped your momentum, onyx have zero drag so I bet they’d carry great speed on a stiffer rim, gotta talk to the great Skills with Phil and get some Nobl wheels with the onyx hubs, I find the Nobl TR37s to have great compliance to stiffness ratio
Fun rip, HSF is almost TOO long lol, Also, the way you pronounce "Quebec" is spot on. The locals will love that man. So are they still using the gondola though?? ~:
I was surprised to see him on a lift. I was there in July and did not see any of the lifts running. Only the gondola. Same last year in August. Alex the Sampler rode the gondola as well.
I find onyx spec to be odd. Don’t match other hubs. Switching wheels to onyx can cause brake rotor alignment issues slowing wheel down. Sometime they set hub preload too tight too.
As a Canadian, it's great to see you venture out into Canadian trails! Enjoy.
I'm out here in the PNW surrounded by world-class trails and I still want to go ride Quebec City. The place looks very amazing.
This place is definitely on my bucket list!
It’s a great one!
so cool!
I was the first one to ever show images of this trail, I could not believe how it just never end aha
9:28 Nice speak Mercy, thank ya, have a nice day! Franchlish! :)
9:34 what a bass sound! :O

Great looking trail B, I still don't know how you keep talking through the entire ride. Great work dude 💯👍
Thanks for posting videos of the wife-friendly trails. I would love the chunky there and it's good to see that she can have fun there too.
What a amazing trail

Great rides, thanks for posting. I have been wanting to try Julba sunglasses reactive lenses. Supposed to be good, but it is all about fit.

I’ve heard great things!
Excellent trails! Thanks for sharing, BK!
I’ve used the Smith Shift MAG Photochromic glasses for a while now and they’re great. Definitely recommend.

Good to see you there !
Have to get there to ride. I've been to winter carnival in the old city, good times.
The winter carnival is a pretty awesome event!

I have a friend in Quebec. If you bump into Linda, tell her Steve says hey. 😜😜😜

It did felt like a shower, 🚿Proper downpour! 🤣
Hahaha full on!
Glasses wise, I know the line is discontinued but the Ryders FYRE range has been really good for me over the years@@bkxc

Whoa! Very cool
oakley's that change darkness true uv input. Simply THE glasses you need. Not cheap tho.
Great riding...awesome trails.
soo cool
Watching while eating the breakfast of champions, pizza 🍕 😂
Quebec looks like a mini PNW. Great video

Leave the i9’s! They sounds great
I can’t be the only person that thought, “No thank you! Not for me!” As Mr. Kennedy rode through the trees right?
Awesome content as always! 🤙🏼 are you riding your IBIS Ripmo with a new toptube protector or is that a different bike?
Amico mio Italia 🇮🇹 caldo 🥵🥵🍧🍧 un saluto 🙋♂️
What bike are you on in this video ?
Quick question what do you think about Trek bikes?
Solid!
Why aren’t you riding with sampler?

@@michaeltiffe6341 I know, I'm scared. Hopefully it's just a temporary thing. Fingers crossed.
