In this presentation, Heidi A. shares with us her experience from discovery to recovery on obsession. How "digging in our head, trying desperately to figure it out" is an escape to find "safety" from the feelings we are afraid to have. From the 'should's' of our inner critic to 'fixing' others, Heidi shares with us the ways her obsession has worked and guides us down the path of self discovery into the solution "Arresting Obsession".
