Thank you Shawn! I watch these videos days before I rev up for my local train shows. I'm the guy who waved at you at York fairgrounds at the Orange Hall parking Lot in April 2023. Hope to see more great train show walkthrus in the near future... Keep it up, your work is great!
This is the best video of a train show that I have ever seen, all in focus and just the right amount of time spent on each item. The only thing that I regret is that I wasn't there to go home with some goodies.
You can call up the vendors who were there and see if they still have the trains that you were interested in. Just make sure to tell them you saw it on a Dakman Productions video.
Love your videos on train show inventory ! Nice slow pace to really see the merchandise, prices and no talking. Enjoy the relaxing Sound tracks playing in the background are just perfect.
You'll know you're a REAL Dakman fan when you start humming along with the background music AND making the appropriate jumps from one piece to the next one! "Da-da-dum-dum, da-da-dum-dum, da-da-dum-dum, da-da-da-da-dum-dum-dum...." Didn't know I counld sing, did you? 🤩
Shawn, you must be a master of time and space, otherwise I can't figure out how you make 45 minutes go by so fast! Great video as always! And man, there was some GOOD stuff there!
Que espetaculo para quem aprecia o ferromodelismo como eu, nunca tinha visto tanta variedade em um so lugar, pena que isto no meu pais nao exista , no meu 70 anos de idade isto faz voltar a ser criança , muito legal.
The Allentown show is a really good. I have picked up some nice deals there. I actually bought the Lionel Illinois Central 9178 caboose in the red box pictured at the top of the screen at 6:01
Nice video of the train show. However were there no tables of prewar or postwar trains for sale? Video featured mostly modern era trains. Thats OK if that is all one in interested in seeing. Me personally, I like all era of trains. Maybe more variety in the future if possible.
I have made videos with prewar and post war. Even videos dedicated to only prewar and post war so people wouldn't have to look through the modern trains. However when I created those videos quite honestly they didn't get close to the same amount of views as the ones with modern trains.
Nice to see all of the treasures, but between York and a couple of train auctions, out of $, did really like the WM ac6000 fireball fantasy heritage, maybe later i could afford it
You do such a great job videoing. Slow and tight shots. Get a good sense of the place. Others should follow your technique of videoing, but sadly they don’t listen to people and continue to video too fast with no real focus on items for sale. Also if you can get business cards in the video as much as possible.
Thanks much. I know people like to use my videos for shopping. I always get signs of the vendors if displayed. If there's a business card I will insert it into the video. But there are private sellers who only want to sell at the shows.

Thank you for really showing alot of William's and K-line as they are good entry points and on budget for someone new to the hobby.
No problem. I know that there are people interested in entry level trains

I often wondered how many trains are bought from my videos before they end up on TH-cam lol
The hobo union approves of this video, and will be setting up a hobo camp on a layout near you.❤❤❤❤😊😊😊😊
Can't wait lol

Maybe the vendor will still have it when you get the money
Think you’ll get a snowplow for your layout Shawn?
I own two snow plows. A Conrail Russell snow plow and a Jordan snow plow.
nice videos but can you do some that feature ho and n scales.
When I go back to the Great Scale Train Show in Timonium Maryland I will get some more HO videos. Thanks much for watching.
