My husbands results were awful and bottom line said for all intents and purposes nearly sterile. He reduced the heat with the underwear and quit smoking cigarettes and marijuana. We had been trying to conceive for eight years and after the corrections I had four children in eight years 😊 I now have ten grandchildren ❤

Don't have to answer this question, but I wanted to know if you have abstained from baby dancing for several days. I've heard that abstaining improves male fertility.

There's definitely a lot of opinions out there on this, but I think finding a healthy balance is key. Doing it every day is a bit much for us, as sperm won't have time to regenerate. But at the same time, abstaining for too long might kill off sperm (in our situation bc of heat), so that life cycle is important. If you're referring to abstaining before ovulation, it's hard to say because you want to make sure you're taking advantage of your fertile window. It's also important to note that a semen analysis is done after at least 3 days of abstaining. Overall, I don't think it's a one size fits all approach.

@simply.eleonora I actually didn't know that abstaining too long (I'll look into this further) actually kills some off, Thanks. My partner has a below average count, so we just wanted to know. We have been BD'ing twice in my FW (O-3 & O-1). Im on my 6th cycle.
