- Using Back Covers for ages, but today decided to test the smartphone skins from four India’s major companies, Wrapcart, Layers, Gadgetshieldz and Capes India, and used it extensively for 3 months to found out the pros & cons of it.
Tested 4 Phones in 3 Months:
1. Realme 9 Pro Plus - Wrapcart
2. iPhone 12 - Layers
3. Pixel 6A - Gadgetshieldz
4. Vivo V23 - Capes India
Also compared Smartphone Skins to cases & back covers.

My suggestion, transparent lamination for small permanent dust and then a stylish cover
I'm a case + skin guy 😂 idk why but in 3 years experience it was great specially when selling the device only downside is full frame skin causes tight fit in case thereby crumpling in long term.
Consistency is key But Scarcity or Rarity is what pulls the viewers... 🌚

When layers was launched I had redmi note 10 pro ordered a skin for that and hated it smell was yucky, quality was shit and from then I decided I'll either use a case or just go without the case

Small cons:It may slightly difficult to mobile temperature/heat dissipation while charging or summer days..! While charging remove back cover *
Small suggest : Better to use transparent skins for show off your mobiles originality..!
like i use gadgetshieldz transparent 360° protection with cover for Nothing Phone 1 🙌🙂 ..... and it protects perfectly also i use phone case for more protection so i tension for breaking

Why Cases make more sense
1. Rarely you will find a phone that won't have case for it while skins have limited phone to cater.
2. Almost surety to protect phone from accidental falls ( personal experience there isn't any week that I haven't dropped my phone)
3. Easy to use vs following a guided tutorial if you are going to apply it by yourself.
4. As many options in design and form factor in cases vs you visual appeal nothing more, as cases comes with phone stand, credit card holder, and mac-safe cases much much variety in cases.
i bought selling iphone 7 for pixel 7 pro in flipkart.
i found even though i had applied case for iphone. there were dust grain damage on the back of phone. so make sure you keep the back cover interior clean.

Case ke vajah se back me scratches+ deep marks aa jaate h even agar. Glass waala back ho

Nope if it's glass there won't be but if it's plastic back as most phones are nowadays there would be deep marks. Personally have Redmi note 7 with glass back with case all the time not a single mark, while back of my redmi note 10s looks pathetic because of using the case.
@@nitinsoni9956 bro I have note 9 pro and because and there are deep marks of particles cuz those particles gots inside sometimes and i forget to clean the case so now those marks are permanent..if your phone doesn't have any mark that doesn't mean others opinion is wrong
@@nitinsoni9956 yes u r correct, even poco f1 and galaxy m51 in my home have got many scratches in the back because of plastic back, while earlier i had nexus 4 which had glass back for 4 years, always got only minor scratches never a big scratch

Han baat toh hai ki bhut sahi looks aa jate hai skin ke baad, par me design wala case jyada prefer karunga coz- Aram se nikal jata hai, agar paise hai toh switch kar sakte beech beech me, side se bhi protection without wierd curn on edge
