    INGREDIENTS
    3 cups flour
    1 cup corn starch
    1 egg
    1/8 or a pinch of salt
    3 cups water
    2 tablespoon vegetable oil
    YOU WILL NEED
    sieve or cheesecloth
    brush
    non-stick pan

    I've tried different methods from TH-cam without much success but yours looks quite practical, especially since you add an egg and grease your pan. Haven't seen that in any other video. I'll try this asap. Thanks

    Tq for sharing. Tried it and was good. The pan must be medium heat and try to “ paint “ it continuously so as to achieve an even surface👍

    Can I just make the wrap and keep without refrigerating? And if yes, how long would it last without been refrigerated?

      You can for a few days to 1 week. But you need to wrap it properly to prevent it from drying out

    Everytime I use the brush method my samosas come out oily, how do I stop this pls and what's the use of the egg in the recipe pls

      use little oil in paper towel and rub around pan
