Have numerous EGO products including 2 push mowers. Thinking on the T6. Never had riding mower with their floating decks. My yard is bumpy. Builder did poor job backfilling lot and sodding. Will the floating deck still cut grass evenly with all the small undulations in yard? Thanks for great video.
I have some bumps here and some very uneven terrain, and my John Deer was a floating deck, and it cut just fine. I do not think the T6 will let you down.
thank you for your videos, I just purchased this mower and will receive it next Friday. I tried calling customer service to ask some questions, but no one answered, I am hoping I did not make a bad choice by buying this mower. I did not purchase the warranty from Lowes, maybe I should go back see if I still can.
@@TarkisZOneProductions I think I might look into that, I am just not very confident with the customer support. Also, what is that structure in your yard? I am an artist and I am very intrigued with what it is and what is made of?

I just bought one and granted it isnt here yet but i have read a lot being excited. I think you are going from low to medium setting with your blades. Hold that down for 3 seconds and you'll also find a high speed for blades.
Thanks for posting this video as well as the others regarding the T6 Tractor Mower. I am deciding between this T6 tractor mower or the Z6 zero-turn mower. My biggest concern with the Z6 are the deck rattle complaints I consistently hear about. I did not hear much deck rattle in your unit, which is a good thing. Do you notice much if any deck rattle with your T6? Thanks in advance.
Based on the fact I ran a John Deer that could be heard for a mile away while running, I think this T6 is very quiet, like library quiet 😊😊 I also was wearing my Bluetooth buds today while riding/mowing and the music drowned out all noise. I can do a noise rattle vid tomorrow to see if I can really make it make noise. With the John Deer I always had to wear noise canceling muffs, when I drove it, with this tractor that is not a concern.
@@TarkisZOneProductions Thanks for getting back. I look forward to hearing what you say regarding the deck rattle, particularly over bumpy surfaces. With an engine most rattle noise is not heard, but with the electric motor most rattle noises can be heard. The Z6 is known for harsh deck rattle and I am sure this would drive me nuts. The T6 is so new that I am not seeing or hearing much about it yet. Thanks again!
Regarding the reverse lock out button. Once you hold it and disable it, can you then mow forwards and backwards at will without having to reset it each time? I have a John Deere D140 and I disabled the RTO button so I can just rock the throttle back and forth and mow either direction unencumbered. Also, I am considering getting one of these but my yard has a lot of fairly steep slopes that I have to shift my weight on and feather the throttle to keep wheel spin to a minimum. How do you feel this would compare in such a situation. You said you had a John Deere so I figured you'd be the perfect guy to ask. 🙂 Thank for bringing us these very informative videos. 👍
You can mow at will, once you turn it off, you can mow mow mow any direction the tractor will go lol You can use the app to shut the reverse sound off. As for hills I have some steep ones here, but I have yet to try them, because ground is still wet, and I have no grass to mow :)
@@TarkisZOneProductions Thank you! This is all excellent information. I really appreciate your sharing with us. I look forward to hearing/seeing how it does on your hills when you get around to that. 😎
My battery died after a year after purchasing. Replacement died after 2 and now they are saying tough luck that it's outside warranty. My string trimmer went down and it took 3 months to fix. It seems customer service has gotten pretty bad over the last 8 years I have used their stuff.
I have read the manual and Ego does call the middle position, between D and R, "neutral", but they also warn that this setting does not disengage the motor from the drive shaft, so pushing the tractor around manually too much may be bad for the motor.
Good job covering the usage of this thing. Just had my delivered an hour ago.... it's charging now....I feel like I already know how to use it.
I just got one. Thank you so much for the informative video!!!!

You can purchase the warranty up to 30 days after you buy it, I believe.

I did a vid on the 3 speeds after this vid :)

42 inch cut is to wide. Does it come in 30 or 38 inch.
They have push mowers that are smaller..

this product just came out
That’s not possible, tractor just debuted.
I was just talking about the company's warranty response and their batteries which make up 80% of the product cost.
Not sure why there isnt a neutral. When you move the lever it feels like there is a middle position where neutral would ve but nope 🤷♂️

Seems like electric push mowers and riding mowers aren't very good, battery issues, problems in the heat, problems cutting high grass
