In this video, I demonstrate how to draw free body diagrams by working through four examples, two of which include diagonal forces. I show how to determine relative strengths of forces (in one direction) according to Newton's First Law.

Thanks! I drew the diagrams using an iPad app called Doceri, recorded video of myself on an iPhone, and edited the video in an iPad app called LumaFusion. The problems were taken from a paid physics program I use in my classes called Positive Physics.
