I think one of the reasons is Rosé was born n raised in foreign countries, not in South Korea, in which means she technically adapt the non korea-style of music influences e.g. the music/songs that she listening to n the singers that she is listening to, influenced her the way she sing plus she expressed herself that she comfortable n prefer singing in english cuz english is her 1st language, that is why her two solo singles are all in english..

I can't believe it's been almost a year since this beautiful cover. John Mayer posted about it and sent her a guitar. 2021 was a good year because of her solo songs and all her covers on this music show. I miss it.
I hope that YG gives her more opportunities to write her own songs and that more (even) albums of this kind (relaxing, pleasant) can be released by our angel Rosé in the future.
She's got the opportunities, she's just really shy about sharing anything she writes as well as being a perfectionist and having super high standards for herself. I think one of the reasons is Rosé was born n raised in foreign countries, not in South Korea, in which means she technically adapt the non korea-style of music influences e.g. the music/songs that she listening to n the singers that she is listening to, influenced her the way she sing plus she expressed herself that she comfortable n prefer singing in english cuz english is her 1st language, that is why her two solo singles are all in english..
