Lee Mujin chose Minnie for his first episode for a reason. This episode has around 2x as many views as any other episode. Minnie is an absolute treasure.
Lee Mujin has a great show, he is a natural as a host, and Minnie put on a wonderful performance. I've never seen Minnie looking better and sounding so good. It worked out so well that Minnie was his first guest on the show. I think BE BE YOUR LOVE was a perfect fit for Minnie's voice, it's my personal favorite in this performance. I spent time last summer listening to the solo works of Minnie, Yuqi, and Miyeon. And I'm convinced, next to Mamamoo, they are the best vocal line in Kpop.
You should check out Yuqi's solo works: EASY ON ME (Adele), RISE UP (Andra Day), SHALLOW (Lady Gaga/Bradley Cooper), BEGGIN (Maneskin), BONNIE & CLYDE, and GIANT. Then how about Miyeon's numerous OST's and her DRIVE album.
On a side note, I got a kick out of watching you fight off falling asleep, looked like you nodded out a couple of times 👀

@Robert I agree with everything you said there. Sadly when people "rate" kpop singers they only value what notes they can hit. If that is so important then wouldn't opera singers top all of the music charts?

The best way I've found to describe the end of lost stars is that Minnie finally charged up her ULT to 100% and decided to unleash it.
I know it's not the best "technical" singing on the show with people like Lily and Wendy having appeared. I do think it's the most poignent and powerful appearance. At least top one or two.
I could care less about the male performers BTW. Ladies rule the kpop world outside of BTS.
