OMUSINGA'S BLOCKED VISIT TO KASESE MUNICIPALITY FRUSTRATE LEADERS

The leaders of Kasese Municipality are frustrated with security in Kasese for allegedly denying His Majesty the King of Rwenzururu Omusinga Charles Wesley Irema-Ngoma chance to proceed with his already scheduled visit to appreciate the developments made by government in Kasese Municipality while he was away.
The leaders says such restrictions heavily infringe on the Kings liberties as a King.
Since last month, preparations have been on for the Rwenzururu King Charles Wesley Mumbere Irema-Ngoma to visit and appreciate several government projects in Kasese Municipality.
Yesterday just when he was ready to embark on this journey, it's alleged there was a change in program indicating that Omusinga would not visit these projects.
