Hello! 1st time watching, it was a BLAST! I have a question or two: How do you clean or revive your vintage jewelry like the last item- the mother of pearl hearts necklace with the brass chain? I love it but it turns my skin green. Also, how do you clean your chains & stuff that are costume jewelry, or gold plated? I have quite a collection going! I've sold a few pieces at garage sales, but I just like collecting vintage & antique jewelry & ocasionally giving as gifts. I really enjoyed this show! ❤
Well, I am hooked! I am a regular viewer of Danni’s. Long story short..that’s how I got here. I could watch, listen and learn for hours. You are fantastic. So knowledgeable, a pleasure to listen to and tons of fun!! Thank you❤️
I am a jewelry designer and I would never take that brass and mop necklace apart! Would wear it as is. I LOVE it! Love that you take us shopping with you and share your knowledge with us. I always am kearning from you. Thanks so much!
If only I'd known Sarah Coventry was going to be something. 🤦♀️ I'd be rich! Mother had gobs of it. Also had oodles of other pieces but can't remember the name. It was all the rage in 60's/70's(80's?). She'd buy pieces every chance she got.
Aah, when I was a lil girl I figured it would because it had such a prestigious sounding name!!! Is it a big deal for resale now??? I know it's difficult to find. 🌼🌻🌅
AMAZING! I’m always so happy for you when you “score”. I hope this thrift is not a long drive for you bc all these wonderful items were just waiting for you to rescue them. 💖 Question: How do you know on site that a piece has genuine pearls? I know you have YEARS of experience & a good eye , but I can’t wrap my head around glass faux pearls v the real deal.
I find joy in watching you pick up fabulous vintage pieces as I'm making " hopefully " future nice gemstone pieces! I collect vintage crystal necklaces, great finds❤❤❤❤❤ps. Someone's project are one of a kind that no one else will ever have!
Lordy. I almost hyperventilated when that amber bracelet came into view. I started chanting, "amberamberamberambergrabtheambergrabtheamber!" 😂 Oh, the relief when you snatched it up! I would have been in that place all day. I'm drooling over the agate and jasper pieces, and that shell heart necklace is amazing. Loved it all!
I Dawn I love shopping with you and I never get tired you make these videos fun, while teaching me and that's wonderful. THANKS pretty Lady ! See you Wednesday!
I can’t believe you found the Lori Granier silver safe keeper jewelry box lol! I have the same one as you, got it when I was in high school 20 years ago. It’s the best!
What an amazing store! That darling little box of vintage note cards, what a treasure! I love, love, love your channel! Thank you for all the fantastic information.
Hello, first time viewer. I’ve heard Danni mention you often 😊 With that said I think she might be able to help you with that beautiful butter dish. I loved all the gorgeous jewelry. So, you shopped at the Habitat the whole video? I had no idea they had jewelry. I can see I have much to learn from you. I look forward to more of your videos, thanks for sharing.🥰
I have that owl! 4:12 It’s articulated :) Loved watching you pick things out for your antique mall booth and listening to you explain your strategy for picking them. I love the handmade spiral necklace and the quartz necklace😊
That table would be great at the 2 min mark of your video with your pieces of jewelry displayed inside. You could run a light on inside rim for occasional turns on and offs. Battery powered of course. Love your new partnership with the Good Stuff thrift store. Good luck.🎉
Just happened upon your channel today! I have boxes of vintage jewelry that I inherited a few years ago and my goal this year is to start learning more about what I have. Looking forward to watching your previous and new video's to start learning!
Hi Dawn 🌟 Loving all the beauties you are sending to the case! Star of the show for me, is the fish pendant. I collect articulated fish jewellery and it's one of my favourite collections. Thankyou so much Dawn, for another great video! 🤗✌️😘
“Au courant” means “of the moment” in French and when you were describing the lovely gold tone necklace with the blue beads it reminded me of that phrase.
When you were looking at the wood set I seen the hummingbird pin with the flower that looks so beautiful I wish you would have got that or at least looked at it. If you can go back and take a look at it it looked really old and vintage😊
Lov3 ur rings... what would you search fir online...like what exactly would you type looking for old chunky silver rings w stones? Is there a certain style to type?
Morris Moskowitz was the name i was trying to remember the other night w handbags. My mom had those and..black lucite rectangular necklace/like that a lot Also my pix from the haul...the mother of pearl hearts on old chains. I have done this w jade discs. XXX
Question: you picked up a chunky necklace that looked like it had blue lace agate, amethyst, and peridot beads. The clasp was not professional, looking it looked like a crafter had made it. I tend to shy away from craft made items, figuring they have less value than a true vintage piece, but you seem to think there’s value in it. What kind of price, do you think that would command in a shop?
Hello Pufles! I use a presidium and a fancy diamond tester and black light and 409 and probably some other things too, and a jeweler if I'm really stumped
Lord I would faint if one of my thrift stores had as much jewelry as that second one. I do have a great consignment shop that’s loaded though. LOVE LOVE LOVE the blue lace agate necklace. 🩵💜💚

I was looking through the comments and, forgive me if someone already mentioned this, there was a stamp on the gold clasp you thought might be Joan rivers.
