[Solved] You’re not Eligible to Create a Username in Facebook Page
Hello Friends, I’m Parveender.
In this video, I’ll tell you how to change Facebook Business page username after “You’re not eligible to create a username” error.

How do you become eligible to create a username on Facebook page?
Read Facebook Page Username Guidelines:
1- Your page must have a minimum 25 likes
2- Your profile should be phone number verified
3- Your profile should not be created recently
4- You have not created multiple pages recently

It didn't work on me at first too. But it was because forgot to change na Page Role of my brother to "Admin". So I went and edited his role from "Editor" to "Admin" and then he was able to change it already. So make sure to have the person's role as "Admin" because it does not automatically say "Admin" at "Editor".

May be ye error aapke computer/laptop/internet provider ki IP se ho skta hai.... ya fir aap account me sbhi details sahi fill kare or account create krte hi jyada activity na kare jaise jyada page create krna, groups me post share krna, alag alag computer ya laptop se login krna, jyada logo ko friend request send krna etc. Normal use kro kuch 5-10 din

Technique is the same. Sometime if you have recently created many pages or changed username that's why this error comes. May be make another admin and try after that.

May be some time this method doesn't work. But you can try it once again and before trying first verify you fb profile with phone number.
