I love all those pinpoint passes that I'm always hearing he can't make from those who haven't watched him since college. Great video, but... Leave out the 4th down conversion in dallas?? That was his best individual effort and one of the best plays all year.
His completion percentage (near the bottom of the league) and the percentage of off-target throws (he led the league in those) suggest he has been really poor in making those
Frank Champion but u don’t bring up that he was top 10 in short and intermediate throws, had two interceptions after week 5, has the most rushing tds by a qb in his first 2 years, had 9 new starters last year on offense and made the wildcard, along with the bills having the second most drops and no real weapons besides John brown who before he had allen was a mediocre deep threat.
It was the best play all year from any team.
And, extremely unfortunately, I've heard many bills fan's say those same negative things about him. It's like they don't watch the games.
@@Playboyy1985 man's a baller, he was a raw prospect, he wasn't supposed to be able to make those throws, he wasn't supposed to have pinpoint accuracy, he wasn't supposed to do this good this soon. People who want to hate on Josh will cling to whatever stat helps them do so while ignoring any stats pointing to a different conclusion. At the end of the day he's the best qb we've had in Buffalo for decades, he's developing extremely well and at a quicker pace than most "experts" projected. Now me personally, I think this year, year 3, will be when it finally "clicks" for Josh. Maybe all you haters will be right and he'll reverse course and begin to regress this year and if so I'll be happy to say I was wrong. But based on his development and rapid improvement throughout his first 2 years I'm gonna stick to my bet that Josh will take a massive leap forward this year, playing so good that we finally see the lamar Jackson effect. All the haters will have no choice but to admit they were completely incorrect or continue hating and simply look stupid and uneducated. Which most haters already do honestly, but I believe he'll take away those trivial stats people currently use to devalue him and simply do what he's already been doing and win at the highest level. Oh yeah and we got some real weapons on offense now, he's in his third year with the same coordinator same system, entire starting o-line returning, way less turnover/new players on offense in general, with a full year as a starter under his belt and playoff experience. But go ahead keep clinging to select stats that back up your narrative and don't look at the entire picture and think about how your current outlook will age as allen dominates the league next year. Just don't say I didn't warn you. #billsmafia.

I love this kid. He has gotten so much better since his rookie season, and he is only going to keep getting better. He even improved a lot from the beginning of the season to the end. Franchise QB right here!
He is going to get Buffalo to the Super Bowl before he is done (if not in the next 2 years). Hes just a winner -willing to do whatever he has to with a school ground mentality. Though sometimes that also hurts him. Its been frustrating watching how hard its been for him to connect on his bombs with that great but inaccurate arm. I think this year with Diggs he has the guy that can go and get them. This will be a special year when finally the Patriots are dethroned once and for all. I think even with Brady that may have been coming anyway. Its Buffalo`s year.

The crazy thing that most people in the NFL don’t know is. John Brown is a #1 receiver. When we have Stefon Diggs on the field he’s are no doubt number one. But Diggs/Brown/Beasley could be One of the best receiving corps in the NFL.
Edit: don’t even get me started on how good our rookies can be.
He's gonna take a big step forward in year 3. He may need to learn to stop taking sacks, throw the ball away more, and protect himself a lot more, but Stefon Diggs, John Brown, Cole Beasley, Dawson Knox, and Devin Singletary on offense along with all those players on defense make the team a threat for anyone who has them on the schedule.
@Cody Phinney he threw only 2 picks after week 5, 32 QBs threw more in that span, plus his arm strength makes it typically easy to throw it away bc he can just flick his wrist & fling it where it's not in danger
that defense was already great but with aj epenesa comin there good lord....buffalo just need to consistently put more points on the board stefon diggs will help with that
People can say what they want but Josh Allen is one of the most entertaining players I've ever watched play...
Been watching a ton of QB highlights during quarantine and theres something about Josh Allen that I keep coming back to his videos. He's a lot of fun to watch and he's only going to get better. Be excited Bills fans!

That pass to Cole vs Dallas (the first one) is sooooooooooooo underrated. The zip on that pass while being on the move in soooooooo much traffic with the accuracy to allow him to RAC is amazing
I can think of maybe 10-12 guys in the league who would even try that pass; let alone complete it! It's a short list, and Allen's on it! People really do underestimate his arm; even with all of the evidence to show it's an elite talent he's got!

His ceiling is Patrick Mahomes esque. Some of the throws he makes not a single qb in history can make besides Mahomes. But then the next play he’ll miss a wide open guy in the flat. If he can become more consistent it’s no doubt in my mind that we’ll win a Super Bowl with him.

Anyone who doubts this kid’s improvement is nothing but a hater. Everyone knew he was a project when we drafted him and lucky for us, we have the right coaches to develop him. I’m so excited to see the jump in year three when he has weapons around him.

I was excited when Anthony Lynn took over and put up repeated 30+ point wins. I was also excited when we got Shady. So maybe it hadn't been ages. I know alot of ppl just all of a sudden care about my team bc of Allen but imo he's my least favorite player on the team. I mean these compilations make him look good but goodness the games look so different irl.
Just watching how much more comfortable he became in the pocket throughout the year... the running and the elusiveness became more of an asset and less of a go to as the season progressed. Even the deep ball got better, the poise got better, and the accuracy and confidence got much better. Dude can zing it through defenders to get to his guy. If he keeps up with this level of progression, he’ll be at least the 2nd best Bills QB ever.
This guy is about to make the Bills the best team in the NFL.
Really hope there's a season this year.

Seems like no matter how many times I watch these videos, I can't help but love Josh. Say what you will but the dude makes bonehead mistakes. And then he's almost always come back to give us a chance to win. Despite how bad he plays sometimes, it feels like we can't really ever count us out. Our defense has been tremendous, and Josh is such a baller that it seems like we always have a shot. You throw in Diggs, fix up the O Line a bit (or give them time to gel together) and I'm optimistic that Josh takes a step forward. I imagine it'll be similar to last year but with a deep ball. If the only thing Josh gets better at is reading the Cover 0 blitzes, he'll be good. You add the ability to connect on the long ball and we could be seeing something great this year

He does slide more; his rookie year, he took many more chances then, than you saw in this video; trust me, the coaches are molding him into being a more cautious runner. You're right about his potential; I thought, with all of the QBs taken the same year he was.... Allen had the biggest ceiling and upside; he just needed coaching and time. Well, he's getting both - every year, he seems to take leaps and bounds forward! If he takes another leap in 2020, his 3rd season... then people will NOT want to face either Buffalo's offense, OR defense! Injuries? Well, he missed a few games his rookie year; but you also have to remember this about Allen - he's a big, rangy kid from a farm in California, who played his college career in Wyoming winters and snow, pretty much! He's 6'5", 245lbs. TOUGH - and, he's a far better ATHLETE than Jim Kelly (who's 6'3", 230lbs.) was, when HE played! Think about that for a moment; a kid bigger than Kelly, with a stronger arm than Jim had (and Jim had a GREAT arm!), who's also a better runner and athlete - is now the starting QB for the Bills! All this kid needs is TIME and EXPERIENCE to develop further into his talent!

I don’t want the Bills sleeping on the Jets or the Dolphins this year. The division isn’t automatically ours now that Brady is gone.
Here's the problem with the Jets; they finally have a GM who has a brain... but their head coach SUCKS. Until they cut bait on Adam Gase, they're not going to realize their full team talent; especially Sam Darnold's! It's as simple as that! When you hire a guy who'd just been run out of Miami - you're in bad shape! The Dolphins, on the other hand, could be DANGEROUS; especially if they have a good draft this year! 3 first round picks can get you a lot of talent, if you play your cards right... and I think the 'Fins as an organization finally have a PLAN - and a VERY promising head coach (like the Bills do)! Dumping Adam Gase a couple of years ago was a SMART move, too! I think the AFC East is going to be a two-horse race between Buffalo and Miami... with the Patriots and the Jets bringing up the rear.
