THAAAANK YOU FOR THIS!!!!!! I felt like I was going crazy….. I’m on day four. First day was fine then I had a horrible headache for dayssss! Even in my sleep. I told my husband. I wasn’t sure what was going on. Then today after getting good rest I was soooo lethargic. I mean beyond. I was dragging ALL day! I was like what is happening! I looked everywhere and I couldn’t find anything. They just talked about how much better you feel after quitting sugar. Then I came across your video. And I’m so thankful! Because now I have the knowledge going forward. And I know there’s nothing wrong and I can continue to push forward. Thank you
I am on my 2-3 day without sugar and i have allergy symptoms. I have never been allergic to anything. I know it’s the cold like symptoms he mentioned. I feel sick. I know it’s the lack of sugar. Not to even mention the headaches 😭 i’ll be okay though 💪🏻
Dude just found your channel. Watching a few vids. Day 62 no sugar. Nothing. Diet is just protein, eggs and green vegie. I have black coffee, acv and kimchi. I am happy. My motivation is weight loss. Happy to have found your channel.
Wow, Im so relieved I've found this website!!!! I'm coming off sugar and I'm having severe withdrawal. I was really addicted!!! Last night the insomnia was SO bad I had to get up and have some sugar and cereal. Then my body would let me sleep.
Mini Comment-Section Support Group: I am almost 3 weeks in. Been feeling short of breath, waking up lethargic after a good nights sleep, and really moody. One minute i’m happy that my weight’s down, the other minute i’m really sad/ depressed for no reason. Anyone else with the same issue? Any advice on how you’re all getting through it? Today especially is the highlight of difficulty, hence why i’m watching this video.
On day 3. I’m feeling dizzy and like I’m easily startled. Last time I quit for 4 months, I felt great. My joint, muscle and nerve pain came back, so I’m determined to get back off the sugar and foods that turn to sugar.
I did not do any research before stopping sugar consumption. No soda, ice cream, fast food etc. Cooking at home only. Definitely feeling like a train wreck and my mood is happy/sad. Not stopping now though!!!!
I'm on day 3. Feeling better than yesterday. Omg...yesterday was an absolute roller-coaster. I had severe stomach cramps, hunger pangs ,headache and fiercely angry mood. Today i feel happy. I heard 4th day is the hardest. I will update here daily❤😊
Thank you for this! On day 12 now it’s definitely been hard! Especially because I was extremely addicted to chocolate! Also food with added sugar was my comfort during family drama/trauma growing up. Day 9 was definitely the worse with stomach cramps and a headache. I also suffer from food allergies so changing my diet has been a reality the past 9 years but added sugar has definitely been the worse! So I’ve been use to the cycle of giving into temptation of different foods and paying for it in pain, brain fog, etc. ❤️
This is real. I was feeling awful yesterday having NOT consumed the normal sugar amount I usually (which is bad). I opted for what I thought was the healthiest fix (small 100% orange juice with no added sugar) and within maybe 30 minutes I was energetic, headache was gone and just felt my charge go from 30% to 100%. I was out working yesterday so I needed to do something or I wasn’t going to make it.
I quit coffee over the summer. I thought the black coffee would help me quit sugar. Up to 6 cups a day now. Feeling like crap. I will try quitting again.
I am beginning Day 1 today, so obviously nothing yet. However, the side effects he is rattling off is like a commercial for a some pharmaceutical. I know it is hard in the beginning and I am looking to Mike and his videos to help get me through this. Thanks Mike for doing this for all of us.
I am on day two. It’s horrible. Very lethargic and a headache for two days. Ughh. I am addicted to regular soda. Drinking at least 4 large McDonald’s coke a day for many years. So yea, this is so hard. I love soda. Just love it. I don’t eat sweets or bad food. It’s all soda for me. Hope I can do this.
This may sound a bit out of the ordinary, but the holiday season for 2022 is coming up very fast...like it's a week before Thanksgiving. I would like to do this, but AFTER the holidays are over. I have ZERO intentions of going through them with the withdrawal symptoms you've described.
It is very much like a drug or any other habit you will definitely most likely not do it all the way through unless you are ready to or unless you really really have to everything I've quit through my life just came about naturally every time I try to quit something never made it
Day 6: whole body aches, chills, fever, fatigue, headache. But my skin looks great! Oh yeah, cold symptoms too. Took a Cvid test just to be sure! What a great reason to be sick! Thanx for this video. Yeah, train wreck😂😂😂
This is talking about ADDED sugar, not naturally occurring sugar which is found in fruit. Your body needs fruit, don’t give that up. Just processed sugar (I.e candy bars)
for fuck sake I am not sure what i am going through..but lately i been eating lots of sugar honey etc , and i reduced it all. actually to zero. I feel so weak i took lab tests i thought i have some health issues but i am 26 yrs old. could this be sugar reduction/zeroing effect?
Hi, I have been caffine free for about to be going on a year and I've been doing pretty good with it I'll occasionally crave coffee but I push through. I quit sugar a while back but was still eating ketchup, bbq sauce, etc small amounts. Then I started eating desserts again. I've just started again with no sugar. Does it make a huge difference if I eat like say 2-10 grams of sugar a couple days a week or do i need to completely cut it out. Would I make a huge difference to completely cut it out ?
In my experience it does make a difference. When I quit added sugar after a while I stop craving it, and other foods start tasting really sweet, like carrot or plain yoghurt or milk. But if I continue eating tiny amounts of sugar, I will keep craving more and more. I don't quit flour or carbs in general, just sugar/ glucose fructose syrup.
THAAAANK YOU FOR THIS!!!!!!

It's my 2nd day, had mild headache & sore throat, flu like symptoms. Long way to go 🚩
I can’t quit cold turkey It’s just too much for me. The depression and anxiety is just too much but I am cutting way back on the sugar
That's OK, just keep going!

Wowwww you really need to stop...over using your pancreas...wowww
Yes, I think you have the added burden of the caffeine withdrawals too!

Garbage truck or landscaping in background? 22:00
Sounds like a bus ro me, with sneaky brakes!
Squeaky!
Hey man you're really overadvertising your product here. Thanks for the input though! Helps to know my symptoms are normal.
Can you still eat fruit during detox
No i dont think so. Heaps of sugar. Give fruit the flick, otherwise u r wasting your time.
This is talking about ADDED sugar, not naturally occurring sugar which is found in fruit. Your body needs fruit, don’t give that up. Just processed sugar (I.e candy bars)
So much padding in this video. If only people who present information would get to the point without all the extra commentary.
ENERGY DRINKS I believe is what you were trying to say! lol! That's my go to source of caffeine!
Yes, be careful. Lots of ohter things in energy drinks that are harmful
Heart palpitations
Yes it's very real
