    Welcome to Shanthamma Village Cooking
    Shanthamma grown fresh tomato, mint and Coriander leaves and some more in her farmland ,she used for cooking and which can be stored for few months.
    This tomato bath is very simple and used fresh handmade masala to keep everyone healthy
    Shanthamma cooked for 15 to 20 people everyday who are worked in her farmland afterwards she joined with them for work.
    Ingredients -(for 8 people)
    Rice-2 kg
    onion-8
    Tomato - 1 kg
    Grated Coconut-1/2cup
    Green Pigeon peas-1/2cup
    Green chilli (sliced)- 10/12
    Garlic 7/8 -Ginger 1 medium(smashed)
    Cloves - 7
    Cardamom - 6
    Cinnamon - 6
    Bay leaves - 5
    Fresh Coriander masala powder - 3tbsp
    Mint leaves - large amount(1 cup)
    Coriander leaves -large amount(1cup)
    Ghee/Oil-150g=30tsp
    Rock Salt to taste
    Method for preparing (100g)Fresh Handmade coriander masala powder
    first heat the pan then add Guntur chilli(5),Byadgi chilli(5),Red chilli(5),Chick peas(50g),Coriander seeds(100g),turmeric (1),Black pepper(5) heat little then leave for the cooling after Grinded and make a powder you can keep the powder 1 year.
    You can see the farmers enjoying their HardWork with traditional folk song
