- We did the impossible! We finished the Shiny Larvesta Family before the end of the Scorching Steps Event! We finally get our Pokédex Volcarona as it was Shiny as well! Plus we hatch and catch a few extra Shiny Pokémon along the way!

im at 165 and have literally only hatched 6 larvesta, non shiny. And to make it worst out of 30 10 km eggs ive only hatched one as well lol

Congrats!!! After around 200 eggs I finally hatched my first shiny larvesta in a 2k egg today. I am not sure I have it in me with the heat to continue the grind. I also don't want to throw a lot of money at incubators and all I had saved up are nearly gone. So, I am hoping to just hatch a few more and with my walks or drift and get lucky but I am not holding my breath, haha.

Congrats on the second shiny Larvesta!! I haven’t hatched anything too crazy from these eggs yet, but I did get a 96% Larvesta! I also got a wild SHUNDO Clamperl today on my birthday while I was out hunting! It gave me flashbacks to 2 years ago when I got my first shiny Snorlax on my birthday!!🎂

I randomly got a hundo Litwick yesterday, but 0 shinys from the eggs (which the event is over now so its down to if the last batch i grabbed hatches anything good). Which is crazy because that Litwick is only my 14th hundo ever.

I had crazy good Litleo luck early on - got myself the female shinies, the shiny male Pyroar, the hundo female, and the hundo male. Complete set! I guess I technically need a second shiny male to stay a Litleo.

I was going to say so jammy but when you're hatching 150 eggs in the first day of the event it's impossible to call someone jammy cos that's a serious grind, fair play! I've hatched about 100 over the course of the entire event and got a shiny slugma and hisuian growlithe, hoping I can bag one more this evening before it ends, praying for larvesta but also really want turtonator and magby, one of the 3 and I'll be satisfied with the event.
I got stupid lucky. Got my shiny larvesta with 7 seen. It’s a 843 (15,14,12) really happy with it. Gunna best buddy it🎉 love the content

I hatched a shiny vanillite and since yesterday the scorching sands event ended at 8pm and before the event ended I got two 10km and three 5km and trying to hatch a larvesta

I’ve been grinding like crazy, I’ve hatched 12-13 larvestas already, no shiny 🤷🏻♂️ the 10k eggs keep giving me charcadet too, which is crazy annoying.

I didn't count eggs but I got the shiny Larvesta last night out of a 2k! Only a 2* though, want to try for one more with hopefully better IVs. Funnily enough the Larv is the only shiny I've hatched (and I think seen) this event so far :p (not even a Slugma which is one of my white whales for this game, although I do have one in Violet)
edit: I just checked my pokedex entry for Larvesta and I've only seen six lol, and that's counting the one (maybe two?) I hatched before the event, plus I think there was one more non-shiny after I got the ✨

Events been a dud for me I haven’t had the ability to do near as many tasks and eggs as JT because of work but I’ve hatched over 60 eggs so far (today last day) and done like 30-40 field research no shinies and I’ve only hatched 1 Larvesta which I really want candy for if nothing else
I am surprised that the first egg I hatched is a hundo Larvesta! But I was a bit disappointed that it wasn’t a shiny😢

647 is Keldeo, you could only get it from a paid research a while ago sadly :( it might be released globally next year though
