At 1:30 is where im having a problem with my rear brakes on the passenger side. I cant pry the caliber from the bracket. The driver side rear popped right open but the passenger side seems to be stuck. Any suggestions?

Well done. Great detail. My only feedback is to monitor the rear brake reservoir fluid level as you retract the rear brake caliper piston, it could overflow and leave a mess up front. Otherwise we’ll worth watching this video DIY.

When replacing the caliper. Do you have a part number for a brake spring compressor tool used to remove and install the emergency brake cable? Good video otherwise.

So what if you did not line up the dimples on the piston, how would your brakes react?

When spinning the pistons back you said to make them flush with the rubber. What kind of problem could you have if one is compressed more than your other side? I am having a front end pull when the brakes are applied. I feel no shake or looseness when the front end is in the air and do the movement test on eather side. When I apply my brakes the car pulls hard right and the steering wheel cocks left . Caliper pistons are good ,have new driver side brake hose ,fluid comes out at caliper. No leaks around master cylinder. I put a new wheel bearing on the drivers rear. I have never experienced this before after working on my cars for twenty years. What would make a steering wheel yank left and car pull right when the brakes are applied?

Good video but it killed me to see the caliper just hanging there on the hose

My "ears" do not want to seperate from my caliper bracket. Its got a headless bolt keeping the two together..... how do i get it out? Looks like its not suppose to come out

I'm in NC and we don't have all the salt on our roads so our cars are not rust buckets.
