I'm glad i looked at this. I'm trying to research procedures of a federal action against a corporation in the same state as the plaintiff and a similar corporation in a different state. I'm finding very little on minimum diversity jurisdiction. thanks

You missed the one important point. The bank can charge legal fees and take them from the assets.
