this was kind of painful to watch. As someone who has played both these games with the fam and friends growing up I have a lot of experience and since this game is popping off and so many friend groups playing this game I have watched many POVs. The lack of tact across many vids is mind blowing and laughably frustrating. Also the amount of people who keep asking "How many Bullets am I at" or "How do I do This Action" is Triggering my Pet Peeves. LIKE LITERALLY JUST LOOK AT THE HUD FOR CRYING OUT LOUD! Top right there is a list of how to do what and besides that is a six shot revolver symbol showing the remaining amount of shots you have and vice versa. I just couldn't enjoy the interactions of this vid because I was like, "This is so obvious" SMH the whole time. Pro Tip: Focus on the play style of the players around you instead of trying to psyche out yourself and other players with your own plays. Sykkuno hit the nail on the head calling out Rae at the beginning of the match saying that Rae was way too passive and played safe. And then continued to play the game with 0 sense or regard and just decided to troll. Miyoung hit the nail on the head calling out Leslie with the first round 1 card bluff which props to her For me, I immediately noticed that everyone was playing too passive and TALKED WAY to MUCH. And I got the impression that all that talk wasn't having much of an impact. Like the others weren't "Falling" for the psyche out most of the time they were just calling or not calling for the bit. I would ignore every single word coming out of an opponents mouth because it would just be full of lies and you would just be unnecessarily psyching yourself out. I also would change up my play style as I tend to be super aggressive and bluff more almost always playing 2-3 cards round one if possible but that play style would clearly be a huge detriment in some cases like this vid because of how passive the table was. Learn to adapt to the table, Pay more attention to the person who you can call BS on and to the person who can call your BS. Learn how to read them so you can always remain one step ahead. It isn't necessarily a numbers game, it's a lot more like a bluffing game. Oh wait, that's EXACTLY what this game is! Look I know it's just some friends having a good time and not taking this so seriously and ok, I get that. As I said, as an experienced individual and viewer of all the friends I just could not enjoy a lot of the silly antics in this video. The friend group's giddy crazy interactions with each other is entertaining and fun to watch almost all the time and can have the same dynamics across multiple games and genre's but for crying out loud this game is not one of them, especially for Sykkuno's Troll game play. I want to point out again that this critique is not just for this friend group but also for many other friend groups playing this game. Still love all the creators but man this just stuck out to me and I needed to write this essay to get it off my chest. Gonna go bounce around and binge on everybody's VOD now.
This, my friend, is exactly the kind of reaction they want from viewers. More comments means more responses and more traction on their videos! Smart move actually, big streamers are hella smart to make it to where they are, don't doubt them.
