I feel your pain. My daughter was 7 when diagnosed with T1D, 48 years ago. The thyroid for your daughter is a double wamy 😢 it's a tough journey but with good control she will be ok. Check her food intolerances ie gluten and especially cow's milk. It was poison for my daughter but diagnosed only few years ago and damage was done. It can lead to more autoimmune diseases. Drs don't tell you this. Good luck ❤& blessings

I keep going back to my old ways of tracking every bite of food and making intense workout plans but I know in my heart his is not making me happy. It’s making me tired and frustrated. And that makes me focus on the struggle itself. I know that if I’m focusing on the struggle then I’m creating more of it. But I’m not sure how else to do it…but I think you’re exactly right-befriending the struggle will help shed light on the inner child parts and old trauma wounds that are enforcing this maladaptive cycle.

Pile 3!!!When the video came out, I clicked on it but didn't watch it. I watched this video until today and I was really experiencing it. Then it reminded me of a dream I had today, where I was in a dark abandoned building with my cat. There were a lot of people sitting by the fire, and they could see a little bit of the way in the light of the fire. I couldn't find an exit when I walked around, so I accosted them and asked for an exit. One of them showed me the exit, and I walked to the place. There was a wooden door, and there were people next to it who didn't know what they were doing. Then I don't know where I got the key, and I opened the door. Those people tried to stop me, and of course, they didn't succeed. (The key is different from the normal one, and the top of the key will have various shapes. But the one in my hand is like a small wand, about 6cm.) Then I put the cat at my feet, and they were knocking frantically. In an instant I was in the air? I remember I went to three places. But I don't remember where. One of the places is like being in the wild. Also, in reading well coped with it!!!!!!

Pile 4 - Amazingly specific! I just found out via blood tests that I have a medical issue that has been causing changes to my body and my face. It should clear up quickly with medication after causing worsening symptoms for 2-5 years. I also just buzzcut my hair, so everything you said about a medical issue, change in appearance, and change in hair specifically, is spot on for me! I'm hopeful that the other messages come to fruition.
