Ingredients -
meatballs - 15 or as per need
garlic - 1 tbsp chopped
tomato paste/sauce - 1 tsp/ 1tbsp
light soy sauce - 5 tbsp
salt - as per taste
onion - 1 medium
carrot - 1/2 cup
celery - 1/2 cup
spring onion - 2 sprigs
pas thai noodles - as per need
basil leaves - optional
black pepper - as per taste
sriracha /any sauce of choice - for drizzle in the end
Note : Add any veggies of choice
Use meatballs of choice, I used teriyaki flavored chicken meatballs
You can use any mix of sauces of your choice while frying the meatballs
Use rice or pasta or any other kind of noodles in place of pad thai
