I was shocked and amazed. I have been listening to Ben for quite some time. Was amazed when I heard and then, listened to their song. Was not disappointed. I am 53 and a journeying stoic, I try to find the truth "reality" in everything, I started listening to Tom a few years ago, very different to the music I normally listen to I don't agree with everything he sings but he does distill truths and I find a lot that I agree with. I admire his journey, his honesty and that he puts his life out and tries to be a role model for those fighting to be a better person. I like to write and frame quotes from my favourite philosophers as simple reminders to me, I have a few from Tom, he is right next to Seneca, Aristotle, Kant, Nietze, at the core I find he fights hate and stupidity. He reaches an audience and provides empathy and a better way of thinking than thoughts of hate..

My kids introduced me to him and at first I could not grasp the idea of what he was saying mostly because I am an old country Red Neck, they were playing a song that caught my ear and been addicted ever since. I heard about Tom a few years ago and just the years passed, then I came across him yesterday and have been listening to all of his songs since. Everyone says they love his message and his truthfulness.....100% agree.... but the best part, is that every song sounds a bit different musically, but the lyrics and message for every song are completely unique and not re-wrote in different ways.... that is the beauty of a true artist. They never run out of words to use or colors etc... one of my biggest pet peeves about most artists, is that every song/painting are all the same, just with a slight difference, but WE as the audience, can always hear it or see it and it grows old fast. Tom's music is always different from the last and the lyrics are just fire and keep you in place until it's done. That is a true artist and it is amazing! Lol....sorry so long! I'm passionate about these things hehe 😂❤
