Everything you bought regardless of the size of the land before losing your filipino citizenship ay mananatiling sa iyo. Kasi mag aaply Lang ang batas kung kailan ka naging isang citizen ng ibang bansa. Nasa huli nyang statement ang tungkol dito. Ganyan naman talaga yan kahit saan, na mag matter yong time sa law application sa kahit na anong klaseng kaso.

Now, what if only me is buying (hubby is foreigner and I'm a former Filipino citizen) can I buy land in different places or area as long as it doesn't exceed the allotted size as mentioned? I bought 1000 sqm farm lot already. Can I buy another one as long as doesn't exceed 1 hectare, right?
