Victoria is a tribute to my favourite city of Manchester. Cities are like living breathing entities the way they move in a flux of cultural and human expression. Like molecules in a cell. I felt no restraint on style or genre in this song.

If you get chance I recommend visiting The John Rylands Library, the Bridgewater Hall, the City Art Gallery, the Science & Industry Museum and Home in Manchester. Perhaps a pint at The Briton's Protection and a curry in Rusholme. But actually there's loads of choice...you won't get bored.
I grew up a few miles away and I love coming in as a day tripper or weekend visitor.
