I would like to know on how to process the restoration of my register as nurse in NMBI since my decision letter will be near expiry this coming February 2021 after its extension. You need to contact NMBI. The last time I've communicated with them, they only extend upto 18mos. I believed yours was given an extension already so I'm not sure whether they will still let you extend for another 6months. Sorry, I didn't mean to rain on your parade.

Ive already actually gathered all the documents needed (hopefully I didnt miss anything) including the qualification form and employment form from the dean and from my head nurse, only that im struggling to upload them and filling out the online forms. Such as in the Qualification section we are asked to fiill out online the starting date of study, its end date, the duration of the programme in years and in months po.
Maam sorry hindi kopo masyadong gets yung employment forms. In my case po kasi from 2013-2020 i have 4 employers po. 2 in PH, 2 in Oman. Most recent 2 years po 2018-2020 sa Oman. Isusubmit ko puba lahat ng employer forms? Or enough na po yung recent lang? Hindi kopo kasi masyadong naintindihan kung need po ba or hindi.. kasi accrdng to nmbi ang gusto lang naman nila is 12months proof within 5 years. Iba iba din po kasi ang nababasa ko kaya nakakalito po talaga.. Pls enlighten me maam
It depends on your assessor. They will require just the recent one. But some assessors will require either explanation letter or actual employment forms

@@chachiimeeedo784 I thought before this is for US licensed nurse. Your 2015 to 2017 exp is good enough. If nmbi asks for an explanation of gap. Inform them about being an assistant nurse. Then we will know if they will require some proof. Try answering nó.

You can prove the information to your manager or fill it out ypurself
Mam I have board rating, certificate of passing issued 2007. Is it ok to give that or it must be new and dated 2020 as well?
You need a new one if you want to submit it to the nmbi

If they will provide the entire syllabus covering all your subjects. Also if gusto ni nmbi ng syllabus from previous school, they will let you know.

Nmbi will not recognize unlicensed experience. And they only take experiences as a Nurse.
