    Prak3le or Plakel3 is a traditional local food in Ghana and it for the people in the nzema land(western region). It banku but they use only cassava dough. very unique and it really interesting to watch and also the taste is so yummy, mouth watering

    The Gas have the same but we call it fufu (nasal sound) and it goes so well with okro soup with crabs from the ocean

    I remember one day, I wanted to stir Baku but had only cassava dough 😭😭. I had no chance since I don’t live in Ghana so I had to stir the cassava dough only without knowing is even a dish on its own.
    Mine was so good and I had it with okro stew.

    Dis goes very well with okro stew, we also have it in Accra, buts it's called fufu, wish there is an audio part here.. 😂😂😂

    I love this cultural promotion - Sites, Foods and Places. But let’s try hard not to eat from plastic bags. That’s not hygienic and also not not our culture. The leaves 🍃 are excellent 👌🏾
