Had a couple of B GT's many years ago & a friend had a full sebring steel arched MGC GT 1968. Yours looks very nice. I am still hankering to renovate a MGB Roadster to V8 spec. with Sebring kit. Steve.
Roll cage does not come far enough into the driver/passenger cabin area. Nice car otherwise. I owned a 1969 MGC GT with 4 speed automatic and Webasto sunroof. Bought while working for British Motors of Monterey , the MG dealer. Traded in 1970 with 12K miles, I snatched it up. I miss that car.
@@robertritchie2860 If the roll bar and cross bar, were located at the B Pillar there would not be enough leg room. Single main hoop roll bars are normally located behind the drivers head.
Sadly from 2030 on all combustion cars including classics will be banned from public streets in entire EU and Scandinavia :-( In Germany the Green Peoples Party gave order to shorten fuel supply from 2025 on by reducing all conventional fuel stations to only one state operated central gas station per city or county. Now they want to slow down all the gas station fuel pumps from 20 litre per minute to 2 litre per minute...From 2027 on in the EU certain car spare parts will be banned too....as exhaust systems, turbo chargers and even some engine and gearbox oils...California and New York will do the same from 2027 on.... So no investments should be done in oil burning cars any longer....They even created a new kind of crime here, called emissions and smoke crime :-(((
@@classicmobilia Wrong, the problem is China, China told our EU politicians that they wont do any business with underdeveloped countries that still allow CO2 emitting traffic after 2030...I am sure the UK also will be forced by China to 120% electric traffic because today no industrialized country can afford sanctions by China....:-(

Yep the verticle on the cage should be at the b-piller, it's too far back by 20cm or so...
That is not a roll cage, it is a singe hoop roll bar.
