I heard on a stream recently that Zoe's passive of one extra jump apparently counts even if she doesn't land the killing blow as long as she contributes damage (within a certain timeframe), so an item like Shiv in particular is really good on her because the big lightning shock counts as kill participation
Edit: it looks like this is misinfo, Zoe needs to get the kill

This isn't true. Only killing blow. Shiv doesn't proc it
