Looked like a summers day, well, apart from all the mud and a steep pull to the top but great views when you got there. Good idea having a coffee after the putting up the tents, especially leaving all the shite till later lol. What happened to all the wind, sick to death of it here like, desperately need to sum and warm weather. Timeless music to have a few ciders by and to eat by but I think Smicks Gregory Peck took a bit of convincing about the Gentleman Jack, despite an 8 out of 10. I should not have mentioned the wind lol, although it did not seem to affect Smick. Cheers Alan

With the chemo keeping my immune system down, I’ve just been doing those little shorts. But I do plan on getting out over the weekend and doing an overnighter. I have to do one more cycle of chemo, which starts on 03/05/22. The 12 year anniversary of the start of all this crazy sh*t is coming on on the 21st of March. So I am planning on doing trip then as well. As always, cheers to you and the lads across the ocean.🤙😎

Marra, it's a North of England word mate. Comes from the miners digging for coal deep under ground, they couldn't recognise each other because it's dark and coal dust on their faces so everyone called each other marra "hello marra!" 😉

Marra, it's a North of England word mate. Comes from the miners digging for coal deep under ground, they couldn't recognise each other because it's dark and coal dust on their faces so everyone called each other marra "hello marra!" 😉
