With our Africa(Uganda)where insecurity is on a high rise....I don't think hollow blocks are safe for bungalow houses...intruders can easily dig holes into house.....

I’m somewhat lost. 5 bricks 🧱 are needed for 1 hollow block. The room he showed consumed 330 hollow blocks which would make 1650 bricks 🧱. But he says it would instead need 4000 bricks 🧱. Why the huge difference?
