Get a propane torch with self lighter, $20 for both at home depot. Get a solid puller too. Crank it tight then put heat on, it'll bust loose.

Sorry to say but that truck has so much rust you need to find another one . Mine hade close to no rust and here wait I live is only valued at $2000
