@@allyshappyworld If its not good, who will eat? I've tried adding little urad dal and rice (locally they do) and made appam. It came out well, lace and all crispy, but no smell or taste like adding coconut. From past experience I'm saying, not criticism. Take it positively.

@@marygeorge3009 I also make appam with urid dal and coconut. I just told you to try this method also. There are many methods to prepare appam( with or without yeast and coconut)
