I am muslim and can relate to every word and every tone in this ... God is beauty I wishh more people realize this truth .. our profit mohamad (peace be upon him and upon jesus) once said :" know that Allah ( the lord ) is beauty and that he , indeed , loves beauty " may peace be upon all of our world ❤
The spaces in my mind are always filled by a merciful savior who expects us to grow a little bit each day and learn to see the grace in life and all of its tremendous wonder knowing just enough to believe great song and message I hope Mindy still looks to our savior now that she has left Mormonism her gift is too great to be confined by a religion keep up the spiritual messaging it’s worked well for us all
This song is so light and freeing. "So many faces that travel the length/Of a mind that is racing to trace back the memories of time gone by..." This has great meaning to me, because I've lived my whole life missing out. I've felt alone, misunderstood, and had low confidence, even when I knew in my heart I was doing my best. I couldn't connect with others, because of a mysterious wall that has now come crashing down speedily, and I'm still trying to process it. This song always helps me to do that:) Thanks, Mindy. I love the line, "Oh, in the spaces, between all the lines/Of a life that has wasted the essence of time/I close my eyes..." Only musicians pick up on the hidden meaning behind "lines" and "spaces:)" Love it!
So many faces Travel the length Of a mind that is racing To trace back the memories Of time gone by Oh and the distance Between all the bridges Of instances when I have wanted to change this heart of mine Have I blown all my chances to be Less like a captive and more like the free? And more like the innocent child in me? And maybe just a little more like Thee? Here in the spaces Between all the lines Of a life that has wasted The essence of time I close my eyes And picture a place Where the Sum of All Grace Is extending a hand To erase all the shame From this warn out face Have I blown all my chances to be Less like the captive and more like the free? And maybe just a little more... A whole lot more Like the hands that redeem me That lift and relieve me Though roads I have taken in vain Have I blown all my chances to be Less like a captive and more like the free? And more like the innocent child in me? And maybe just a little more like Thee?

So many faces
Travel the length
Of a mind that is racing
To trace back the memories
Of time gone by
Oh and the distance
Between all the bridges
Of instances when
I have wanted to change this heart of mine
Have I blown all my chances to be
Less like a captive and more like
the free?
And more like the innocent child
in me?
And maybe just a little more like
Thee?
Here in the spaces
Between all the lines
Of a life that has wasted
The essence of time
I close my eyes
And picture a place
Where the Sum of All Grace
Is extending a hand
To erase all the shame
From this warn out face
Have I blown all my chances to be
Less like the captive and more like
the free?
And maybe just a little more... A
whole lot more
Like the hands that redeem me
That lift and relieve me
Though roads I have taken in vain
Have I blown all my chances to be
Less like a captive and more like
the free?
And more like the innocent child
in me?
And maybe just a little more like
Thee?
i love u ^^
