Biggest problem I’m seeing(also hearing) are the ads having sound samples from rain in an outside environment. So far this sounds like some water dripping in a clogged sink at a faster pace. I’m going to buy one and give it a shot anyway as my partner likes a sound machine that makes rain sounds but it’s coming from one of those tiny speakers and makes it sound like tv static more than anything else. Hopefully she likes this too because I’m sick of hearing artificial sound played on bad speakers.
I’m so sad I got mine yesterday and when I hit the power button it turns off and when I hit the rain button it turns off and it only drips a little rain and no mist I got it to work a little bit I’m returning it and getting a new one for free hopefully I get lucky with this one
Finding it difficult to clean the plastic part around the dish. Any suggestions or tips on cleaning this better as it doesn't come off? I've been using a cloth and or toothbrush

I just got another one and it does the same win like is it me but I’ve read the directions a thousand times lol 😂
Hmmm yeah that’s strange! Did you read the directions on the buttons? They do different things and holding them down does different things too.
Try a different cable. I think the one that comes with it is not that good

So I use a toothbrush and a microfiber cloths too. I also use the brush that came with it.
Can you just turn the lights off?

Where to put the essential oil?
So it’s a humidifier not a diffuser. I don’t put oils in this one 😊
I saw people use it as a diffuser and they put a few drops of essential oils in the place when u put the water
