vipassana is all-inclusive.... i think .kriya yoga is pranayam + focussing on the spine+ mantra.... in my opinion VIPASSANA is the best if we follow SATIPATTHANA SUTRA(which includes being aware all the time--while walking , working , eating etc.)

गुरु जी ध्यान में शुरुआत के 10 मिनट तो अच्छा लगता है लेकिन उसके बाद boring सा लगने लगता है। और कभी कभी ऐसा होता है कि ध्यान केवल आधा घंटा ही हुआ, लेकिन ऐसा लगता है कि मैं बहुत देर से ध्यान में बैठा हूं। कृपया करके इन्हें स्पष्ट करें। 🙏
