I love the dual perspective videos! Phil's perspective is how I feel I'm riding and Hailey's perspective is closer to how I actually am riding even though I think she's still got me beat.

Even though I’m faster than most of the adults and older teenagers around where I live I always feel like Im not going that fast especially when I watch GoPro videos of myself but in reality I’m really not that slow and it confuses me a ton

There’s no better time. Bike parks these days are completely open to beginners. It’s a hobby that’ll last a lifetime

One of the reasons I enjoy your videos so much is that they inspire me to look for "jank" on my old trails. Finding jumps and drops hiding in plain sight has really increased the fun factor for me. Also, watching how you blast through the woods helps me focus on where I should be looking when I ride.

I have been going to Highland twice a week since September trying to progress, finally was able to get confident and do all the jumps/features on Cats Paw. Its crazy watching someone as skilled as yourself do the same trail, it shows how much more creative you can get with your runs! Awesome to be able to watch!

Absolutely great video Phil! Love seeing Haley's progression, the young groms shredding harder than I probably ever will and of course your fantastic, creative riding. Having you along for a day in any bikepark is the best gift a rider could ask for! You do great at explaining the features, building up the confidence of others and setting a great example. If ever you get tired of this youtube thing (I sure hope not, you'd be dearly missed) definitely take up coaching of some sorts.

Phil, there is a person in Williston trying to get Mudpond bike access shut down. I dont know if you can do anything, but if you can call fellow Vermonters to action and try to get as many people as possible to go to the Williston board meetings. It is a gem of Vermont and we need as many places to bike as we can. Great video, love your stuff!
Phil - master rider and man of the people! I love Highland and have always thought the same - one of the best parks around and unique in the world as it is entirely dedicated to MTB with no skiing, etc. Hopefully will have the pleasure of meeting you there someday as i ride there occasionally and am a NH resident with a place about 20 minutes away on the lake - you both are welcome to use if you like! It was great to see Haley progressing too.
Hailey's stoke levels are so infectious. I reckon it would be great fun to ride with her. I might just be able to keep up with her, there's not a chance that I could keep up with Phil.

You just ride these trails SO good, it is really satisfying to watch, keep up the good work and never stop shredding🤘🤙
Great riding as always! Loved how you showcased the young local shredders, and highlighted Hayley's progress, as well as her demons. You see features on the trails as a chance to experience something new, and that's NOT typical of most riders. MOST riders see them, and immediately assess the risk, and determine if they feel they can put aside their fears and ride it or not. That perspective of you coaching Hayley, and seeing when you thought she should or shouldn't try something by listening to her voice AND watching her body language, was VERY educational.
One thing to consider. Story. Asking a few questions of that 13 year old who was just killing the moto whips with regard to when he first started trying to do them, and where specifically he learned them (what jump?), and how he progressed...would be great content IMO. What obstacles did he face? Did he crash a lot at first? Things like that... What makes Seth's Channel so good is that he lays everything out in story mode. You get sucked in, even if it's something you don't give a rat's fart about.
