We have dancing fountains in Johannesburg, South Africa, the same as the one in Dubai. Am not sure if it's still operational but when I visited years ago, the water "dances" to music

A fountain that you missed is the newly renovated and updated (opened end of May, 2017) Main Fountain Garden and Longwood Gardens in Chester County, PA. It is great to look at and walk through during the day, and the fountain shows are simply amazing. They have illuminated evening fountain displays 3 nights a week, and about a half-dozen times through the year they hold a fountain and firework show. All the shows are choreographed to music. I haven't been to one yet but the videos on TH-cam are amazing. The fountain and fireworks shows are constantly sold out.
An innovative fountain at Longwood is their Open Air Theater fountain. There are five 5-minute shows daily there. Also, they can cover most of the fountains with platform covers to hold performances. I've seen some plays there and they have a row of white-lit fountains across the front of the stage that is used like a curtain between scenes.

Dubai of course. But inside universal studios Orlando. In sinbad theme i saw the most amazing water fountain like. It spins around you like a tunnel. It was great.

Well since the fountain in Columbus is closed, you can still keep Ohio in this list, in Dayton Ohio there is a beautiful fountain much bigger than much of these. Very impressive.

Two fountains that come to my mind are in Nashville. One is indoors at the Opryland Hotel and Resort. It has a 100 ft indoor fountain. The other is a granite globe floating on a millimeter water that honors those who fought against the Axis powers around the world. The globe outlines all of the events of World War 2 around the world.
